Great place with excellent customer service. The door was locked when I was there too but the owner unlocked the door. He was there. I've seen some business do this for there own protection.

It's great some of the employees are a little rude but the person owns it is great and everything I'm looking for something for hair I know exactly where to go it's just great I love it so much

Just randomly found this awesome black owned best supply store! I've been looking for one and was pleasantly surprised to come across this place. The owner was there and friendly. The service was great, there is a large selection of products you would need and everything was affordable. Check them out!

I love this store. He has everything I need and more, every time I come. Has all the latest beauty supplies and hair and if he doesn't have it, he will get it ASAP. He's always nice and a very good looking man. Knows everything about all women of color hair care.

So helpful. The owner is a great man and has great customer service. I prefer this store over any other beauty supply store because he’s very kind and personal. I wish I could give it six stars.

Tbh these comments can't be fake because I personally love this store the owner has really pretty products and yes everything from hair to jewelry to products of makeup 💄❤ I was impressed to see how beautiful the jewelry was and very affordable I have also lived in the area forever so I know nice when I see it!!

This place is NEVER open the hours don’t even match what’s listed here on Google. Why post you’re open on Google but never actually are?

Clearly this place has ppl leaving fake reviews for them. Notice most accounts leaving feedback have only left 1, 2 or 3 reviews. They are fake.

No one that I know goes to this hair store. Nooo oneeee. The hair inventory is a joke- there's barely a variety of lengths and colors. Not to mention the store looks terrible- door glass busted etc. And I don't feel safe going there. The owner always seems too busy to help and is extremely rude.

Went there at 3:23 and the door was locked so I went to google to check the hours and it said 5pm on Sunday. So I went to take a pic and change the hours and I saw a little girl in there so they had unlocked the door I guess. I get my product and the lady just acted like she did not want to be there. No thank you have a nice day she didn’t even offer or give me a receipt. This is why I go to the bigger hair stores because every time I go to US Hair on Hamilton rd they are nice at the register. I mean I pray that people learn how to be kind.
