Harbor Freight Tools

Asked where the finishing nails were and was told after 15 minutes of two of the sales people talking to one customer. Actually the sales people were being patient and kind with the guy.

Very clean, staff were restocking shelves as fast as customers could empty them. Alot of very affordable options for a DIY person that cannot spend all there money on tools. I will be back.

Destiny was amazing. She was very helpful. Great customer service. She needs to be commended. In fact, the entire staff at the Baytown store was great. Usually, I avoid going to any harbor freight because of the unhelpful staff. Although I will be going out of my way to the Baytown store in the future. It's my new favorite store.

Visited this new location the other day and it was great. The store was stocked with products and I found some deals on a couple of things I picked up. The store was very nice and clean. The staff at the front were very nice and helpful. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Love this place. The people working here are very friendly and helpful. If you don't see a product out on the floor, simply ask someone if they can look it up to see if they have it in the "back". Excellent prices on several items.

Great customer service & the prices on their products are way cheaper than buying straight off of the Snap on or other trucks . Plus they have a wide variety of whatever it is you nay brim search of or they will order it for you . Hands down my go to place for all my working needs from equip ,tools , water hoses , electrical tape & the list goes on .Even have a nice Gun & safe selection 😊

A huge selection of tools work material safety devices and nearly anything you can think of to help and supply material to almost any workforce, All for a very affordable price. Lots of their brands come with lifetime warranties and are extremely durable.
