Exceptional customer service! Not only myself but I witnessed other reps and customers being helped and leaving so happy! 10/10 highly recommended this location. I won't be going to any other location or even calling *611 over the phone. GOLD METAL FOR RT 64 LOCATION!! 🏆🥇🌟💛

Mark provided amazing customer service and was very friendly. Great employee, great experience. I will definitely look for him next time I go in.

The retail consultant that helped us Joshua Deluise was so kind, patient and helpful to both my husband and I as well as my son who was getting a new phone. He helped him pick a phone that met his needs and also suggested appropriate accessories that my son needed. He was genuine and pleasant!

Had a problem with the fraud dept and Benjamin and ChelSa stayed on the phone with them until they figured it out for me. Should probably give them a bonus or a raise

Chelsea is very knowledgeable and helped me clear up few issues I had on my part do too my lack of knowledge, and I decided not to go with a different service provider and staying with AT&T.

This store is one of the best AT&T stores I’ve been in to date. There always great you with smiles and acknowledges your present there. The Manager Benny really know how to train these staff because they are very knowledgeable on all the latest tech and how to go about acquiring them. Will always continue to choose this location for all my Cellaur needs.

John was extremely patient with me and helpful. I went in for a problem with my sim card and was anxious it would need a bigger fix. John easily took care of me and explained everything so I could understand what was happening with my phone!

Larry and John were exceptional helping us today. They are subject matter experts in their field and customer focused. Sure they will be running the business offices as administrators at some point in their careers. Thank you both.

Steve is a very kind and patient sales person who spent a lot of time explaining everything to someone who is not text savvy. I highly recommend asking for him. He goes above and beyond for his customers!! All around = EXCEPTIONAL.

On line service (Bruce) was very good. He was patient and even followed up with me 2 days later to make sure all issues were resolved.

Benny at AT&T provided the best phone upgrade me and my family have ever had. 4 phones upgraded, transferred, and protected with accessories in just over an hour. I highly recommend this store and his service

Steve D. was so helpful. We could tell he was a really genuine guy… friendly and personable without the over the top fakeness you can find a lot in these type of sales positions. I’d definitely recommend anyone looking to switch providers to go see Steve at the Horseheads AT&T store.

Nicole Nilon is and always will be my favorite person there. She remembered things we talk about from years before. She's very quick and efficient. THE BEST person I have ever dealt with. So much that I enjoy going to there to ask questions. She has the answers, she's quick, polite, kind, friendly, never makes me feel rushed or like I'm Holding her up, and always does everything to fit my family's needs. I hope she never leaves as she is my to go person! She deserves all the credit and I wish I could personally give her the highest ranking every. 10+ years returning customer, over 8 iPhones, and countless accessories bought from just her. Job amazingly done!

Joshua helped my girlfriend get a new phone she didn't like it so we brought it back and he was more than helpful and very knowledgeable.

I love my Samsung Note 10! Nicole was great help in helping me decide. She was also very honest about phones. And she has been in this store for awhile. Not like some place's where there are new faces very time you walk in. I also have had great coverage with AT&T!

The wait was fast, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I've been a customer for many years because of the customer service I recieve each time I go to the AT&T store

The AT&T in Corning was not very knowledgeable, they said they had my NEW phone all prepped but I couldn't use Siri or navigation unless I was at home with WiFi. So I went back , the sales lady told me Verizon had locked me out of them so I went across the way and ask Verizon to unlock. They said for a fee they would . I agreed to the fee and the guy proceeded to do so, but with no luck told me that they didn't have a lock on my phone . And thus did not charge me. By this time , I was not happy. I live a ways from Corning and I had made 2 trips at this point. I did the smartest thing I could think of, I went to Big Flats AT&T in the plaza by Joanne Fabrics and ULTA. They had helped me in the past when I was purchasing my Xmas gifts there. I dont go down that way often becuz I live too far from there. . They had it figured out and working in 5 min. Apparently the Corning office had put wrong chip and did NOT put it in my package under my currant phone # as requested. 5 MINUTES and the sales person at Big Flats had it figured out and working. If u want ur stuff done correctly the first time my advise is go to Big Flats first and save the aggravation. I truly appreciate that Branch office. They r knowledgeable, polite , patient , and have no problem explaining anything u need to know. I am from the generation that never had computers in school. The most advanced thing we had were electric typewriters. So not very savvy with these kinds of the things and the sales people are helpful and Don't try to pull anything , just straight forward info and help. They make AT& T look good , unlike the Corning office.
