Very nice staff and very clean store but the hours have never been correct. In the month since they've been open I've only encountered them being open at their posted opening time of 5am. Right now on Sunday 4/23 at 615am and store still isn't open.

Slow as all get out. I stopped to get a fountain pop. There were 3 employees behind the counter, one person in front of me buying lottery tickets. The employee ringing them up was having problems with the lottery machine as the line was building behind me. Neither of the 2 employees standing around opened another register.

Wjat should have been a 3 minute stop turned into a 10 minute one. Don't waste your time.

Don't have pay inside as an option if the employees aren't going to authorize it. Waited 5 minutes then left. 5/7/23 10am. Definitely worst Holiday experience yet. I'll stick to Quik Trip my guys.

Employee of mine filled his tank here a few times, noticed his car sputtering shortly after each fill. He has since filled at the speedway off Lexington and the sputtering stopped. Bad gas sold here for sure.

Unmutable gas pump ads, the unforgivable sin of pumping stations. I wish a lifelong headache on every corporate suit that pushes that nightmare of an advertising strategy.

How many buttons do I have to push just to get some gas in my car??? The world makes pumping gas super easy and efficient just for Holiday to make it inefficient with how many useless promps they have on their screens.

Normally the service is good but I just came from there and several employees were walking around the store, it wasn’t busy at all, and I was left standing at the counter waiting for a few minutes. Nobody said anything. Then someone quit rang me up and walked away before I even swiped my card.

I have never seen a store this new have so many problems. From management to equipment, failures on a daily basis.

Quite literally the worst customer service and workers that don’t know how to work the systems. Train them better or something. Was excited for this place to open since it’s close but going back to Como and Randolph for my Holiday fix of I need to.
