I went into the AT&T store located on Vernor/Livernois and was met by two lovely young ladies employees who treated me like family.I have a high impact job and from time to time my phone drops out of my pocket often needing screen repair. The faulty phone was in desperate need of an upgrade. The ladies demonstrated great patience and professionalism as they assisted me in finding the right phone with the right protective products to help prevent future accidents. They also went the extra mile in making sure that I was squared away with the (First Net) system as I am a First Responder x 29 yrs (Detroit Fire Dept). It was an all around refreshing experience and a testament of the right type of role model othet young people should emulate. Thank you for your time.
