A vast array of yarns- merino, alpaca, wool & blend, cotton, acrylic, wools from different countries. Smaller assortment of knitting & crochet supplies. A friendly little specialty shop with a written table where makers also gather.

The staff is wonderful, very kind and helpful. I really enjoy their yarn selection, too. It is a lovely shop and I look forward to my next visit soon.

Wonderful shop. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also wound my purchase into balls for me and gave me a bag since it was raining. Their selection is wonderful and includes many high quality types of yarn. Would recommend to everyone.

Have been going to this shop since the 90s. Lately, I have been driving there for specific yarn to repair sweaters that have been ravaged by moths. Staff always provides great help plus they have a wonderful selection of yarn and supplies!!!

I love acorn street! They have a massive yarn selection, great tools, interesting patterns, and super friendly staff. I love going to knit night every first and third Thursday to connect with my local knitting community and see what fiber arts projects everyone is working on.

Such a cute shop. Yarn bombed tree outside was fun! The associates were sweet; they complemented my shawl and took my recommendation on the pattern, even added it to their store tablet! Did I mention that they've got a store tablet with a Ravelry account? Such a smart idea!

Very friendly folks! The selection was fantastic. The people spoiled me! They respined a project I had started and the yarn got funky. The spider tree was the next best thing 💕

The staff are so friendly and helpful. It's fun to see what other people bring in as well. I had a great time just looking at yarn and got loads of help picking out the right yarn for a project.

This is my go to yarn shop in Seattle. All the staff are absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable. They have a large selection for any project and will even order yarn from their suppliers for you and even better no shipping costs! If you have any questions they are more than willing to help with anything knitting related from yarn choice, fixing issues, pattern selection etc. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This is a LOVELY place to shop for yarn, very new-knitter friendly. A range of yarns from the better affordable stuff to luscious local indie-dyed all the way to heirloom cashmere.

The shop has long a long local history, super kind and helpful staff, a welcoming sit and knit area, and a very good vibe. Buy some yarn! (You know you want to!)

My favorite little yarn store. They have a wide variety of price points, fiber content, and weights. The ambiance is like exploring a small fiber library for hidden treasures. The owners are very kind and helpful. They had a massive sale in the fall that was great to stock up on yarn and tools. They also are a yarn store that hosts visiting fiber brand pop- up-shops-- like the Madelintosh van. Acorn Street Shop is one of the few places I don't mind spending more than intended to, because I know I'll use and enjoy everything I bought there.

I came here while on a work trip. To my luck it was Seattle yarn crawl week. The store clerks were super helpful and welcoming and they showed me all the local yarns. Will definitely be back!
