Always fast, friendly, and courteous. I arrived just before closing and they took my packages and processed them in under a minute. Great job!

The store was much better than the delivery service I've experienced. The employees were nice and attentive. My trip was to complete some returns, and everything seemed to go smoothly.

Went here to get some documents notarized and needed two witnesses. I was able to get it done in a matter of minutes. Everything was thoroughly checked for initials and signatures to make sure everything was right. Hard to find this kind of quality/customer service these days. Obviously the
management has something to do with that. Will definitely use this UPS store for all my future business. Thank you!

Always I come here the people attending have a great heart and are very kind (different from other UPS stores I have gone, where all employees are annoyed by your presence). Always a pleasure to come to this store, I'm always expecting when to go here next time, to recieve a smile and a good support. I even called once to ask if I could use their scales for a dog foundation, and they said yes, although I didn't require them after I acquired one at home, still their answer filled me with hope for this UPS corporate, thank you.

Went in the other day. Got some paperwork sent out and laminated. Jessica went above and beyond to help me out. Also helped that she's bilingual ☺

I love doing business here. This is good old fashioned American business at its best. They take care of you if it's at all within their power to do so. Very easy to work with and they'll get all my shipping business for as long as we are both around.

I keep coming back because they are just great. Phillip has helped me a couple of times with printing, and has always been friendly and courteous. Brandon is an incredible graphic designer, he did an amazing job helping us with our cook-off team promo materials and files. Today both Philip and Brandon printed and cut my event invitations and did a flawless job; in and out in 20 minutes.
I also like that this place is always tidy and very clean! It's so important to me that both team members and the store are presentable at all times. Please keep up the good work!

In the past month, I have had occasion to visit this store at least 6 times, from using notary services to shipping to making copies. Over that month, I have been helped by 3-4 different employees. Each of the employees including the manager/owner, Todd Williams, have been fantastic. Each have been very helpful, polite and friendly. They all go above and beyond to help.

First time visit yesterday to ship the last of my Christmas gifts. Super impressed with the service I received. Very friendly, efficient and professional. After losing my long time shipper in the area I was very worried I would not be able to find a shipping store that would match their service. I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved. I've found my new home for all my shipping needs.

Went in pack/ship some boxes and the counter rep (Phillip) was really nice, friendly and helpful. He helped me get everything packed up just in time to make today's pickup and was even nice enough to let my kids and I wait in the store for a tow service when I locked my keys in my car. I'll gladly use this location again and share the word with my friends/family in the area.

Until today, I had missed this store BUT I'm so excited I realized today we have a UPS store in Old Magnolia!!! My dad needed a notary...which the owner happens to be! My dad needed copies, which he got quickly and the owner even put my dad's letter in the mail! Clean, friendly and professional! One stop and all fixed up!!

The UPS Store in Magnolia is wonderful to work with. Before the holidays I used their pack and ship Services including an oversized item and they did a fabulous job with the items arriving well packaged and arrived early! Great customer service!!

Quick, kind, and knowledgeable! I frequent this location since it's so convenient to drop off packages on my lunch break. They are always so friendly and nice, and get the job done efficiently.
