Wonderful service, Victoria was very helpful and informative.

Everyone should be comfortable shopping for fun adult items. The staff are really helpful. If you're shy, they won't bother you or ask questions. I ask questions about everything and they are very knowledgeable. There is more than just bondage and lingerie. They even have products made by doctors to help people with discreet problems. There is a lot to see, so make time and don't be embarrassed to check everything out.

Great place. Only issue was being asked to pull my mask up. I was told the managers get on them. Then got told by a business owner that the state fines certain stores for not enforcing the mask mandate.

Here's my take on the situation, other stores aren't enforcing it and they aren't getting fined. Don't pay the fine. Also, I'm from out of state and decided to come to Springfield because other states are on fire and others are rioting. But one thing rings true in my head is that this virus has so many businesses in a freaking head lock to the point that they will never survive. If the American public doesn't start speaking out against our government, who works for us, soon it's not just business that will be micromanaged...all of us will!

Free Illinois! Free Minnesota (my state)! Every other state not run by a Democrat seems to be doing so much better and they are much more fun! I'm never vacationing in a Democrat state again 🙄

Worked here while in college one of my favorite adult stores to shop in...the lady tonight was superb helped me with no hesitation and she was quite informative. Can't wait to open up my big bag of goodies tonight. They have so many paraben free and vegan friendly options.

Everytime we go here the staff is always pretty helpful asking if you need help and what you are looking for and they seem to really know their stuff. They have a nice selection and variety of products. Just beware you could spend alot of money in this store lol

I was very hesitant to go to Patricia's because I have never bought anything in an adult store before. However, Angela, the clerk, put me at ease immediately. She made two awesome recommendations and I can emphatically state that I am now a VERY satisfied customer. I really wish I had made this decision 20 years ago. :)
