Absolutely amazing owner, Ben. I took my new Samsung S24 ultra for what I thought was a cracked screen for repair. Ben, the owner, looked at my phone and discovered that it was the screen cover, and not the screen that was broken. Not only that, he installed another screen protector free of charge.

Other people could have remained quiet and charged me for the replacement. Ben, as I do, believes in the power of Karma. Do unto others as you want done to you.

The owner and employees here are top notch. They have helped me on more than one occasion when I broke my iPhone and needed a new one. Best Buy and apple told me I needed a new phone and they fixed it for a super fair price. Thanks again to these people I will be back whenever I need something having to do with phones!

This store is larger than it looks from outside. My Pixel 6a had it's charging port wear out and I dropped in to see if they can fix that kind of thing. He fixed it for $25 in five minutes. Five Stars!

Ben was patient and professional. I was ready to use language with Comcast when they were porting my phone numbers to Verizon. Ben never lost his cool. He helped me pick out the best plans based on my intended uses. I was able to pick out phones. Find the nicest accessories among the largest selection of phone cases I have seen anywhere. I even bought an apple watch while I was waiting on my porting. Now I even have somewhere to bring my iPad to be fixed. I no longer have to live with it’s cracked screen. This shop is amazing and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

We've used Phone Mart in the past and they've always been very fast, cheap, and great at repairing issues. They repaired my screen in a few hours and it looks brand new. My husband recently dropped off our phones again at Phone Mart, after we noticed that when receiving or making calls, we were able to hear the other person on the call, but they were unable to hear us. It was causing a lot of stress, as phone issues usually do. T-Mobile initially insisted that it was an issue with our phones, and not with their service. Phone Mart took the time to examine our phones and assured us this was not the case. Phone Mart refused to charge us any money for taking up their time. T-Mobile was quick to fix the problem after we relayed that Phone Mart examined our phones and was confident the issue was caused by our carrier. Thank you, Phone Mart for saving us money and taking the time to help! We will continue to remain loyal customers and we will be referring you to friends and family!!

The prices are low, and they sell a lot more products than I had expected. I was glad to find a cover for my earbuds here after not having success at the Walmart next door.
