Best Buy

I went to best buy to get a blue ray player. I was lost I wasn't sure which one to get. A young man named Ruben was so helpful he went over the different players. After he explained the different features I was able with his help to pick one out. Thanks again Ruben you deserve a raise. A+A+A+.

Every single time I've visited this location online shows one left. And every single time an associate goes on the hunt to locate whatever it is I am looking for all the while polite and reassuring the entire time. Low and behold they have always been able to find what it is I am looking for. The customer service here is amazing and that's the reason this location is the only one I will go too. Thanks for all your help guys!!!!

Well stocked, friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy but seemed to know their product lines well. Impressive OLED display section that allowed good LG and Sony comparos. Nice to see some old model iPad discounts too.

Today I needed to activate a cell phone. A very nice young man named Tu was working. He was patient, and did a fantastic job explaining my options, with all cell phone carriers. Mr. Tu, has helped me in the past. He is consistently on top of giving great customer service, and he is up to date on all the gadget gizmos, and technology. I come back to shop at Best Buy because Mr. Tu works there. Keep up the hard work and hopefully your skills will rub off on your co-workers.

I live about 65 to 70 miles away from this location, though this is the only location I intend to do future business with. After driving over 100 miles, this is the only location that stood by their policy. I'd like to give a big thanks and shout out to the
Best Buy Cypress location. I'd like to thank both their management and Geek Squad members as well.

Almost every Best Buy location between Cleveland, Tx, and one through each one prior to ending up on the opposite side of town, at the Cypress locatio.

With the exception of this location, each Best Buy, East, and North of here all denied me the ability to exchange a defective product, again, with the exception of the cypress location, here it doesn't stop with great service and good business, but they will make sure that your taken care of in the event you have a concern.

That said, not every Best Buy stands by their replacement of defective products policy. Keep that in mind when buying products from Best Buy. Especially when in metropolitan areas.

You'll do yourself a favor, making a friend with an honest Best Buy Team member in your area, keeping them in mind as a good point of contact.

I’m leaving the 5 stars for one employee Specifically he name is Cory he helped me get a big order together while no one else seemed to be in the store that day the management needs to get better for sure but Cory went above and beyond for me even though he had a line of people waiting for him Props to the young man

Needed an item quick. Went in and gentleman took time out of what he was doing to take me over to aisle where item was located and explained the exact item that would solve the issue I needed to remedy the problem.

Greeted at door. Salesperson offered help without us having to search for help. Found what we needed. Check out fast and easy.

I brought in my keyboard to have it repaired and Geek Squad recommended I ask customer service if I had a warranty. I didn’t have my receipt but they were able to look me up with my phone number and I was able to exchange my keyboard! I was probably in the store for less than 5 minutes and left with a new functioning keyboard! I would highly recommend the protection plan because that was a very easy exchange process. Thank you!

This was a very good location compared to other locations around Houston. We received help and advice on products without being pushed or upsold on items.

A huge variety of products, latest tech, and what's not in the store is usually available online. You can order online and pickup in store or have them deliver.

This location was very helpful and friendly to me and I appreciate the help and support for the employees.

This store has some of the best customer service ever! Any of your questions will definitely be answered. Also they have a wide variety of products for your home. I only buy my major appliances from here. They also offer 18 months interest free when you put the purchase on your best buy card too!

Went in on Friday afternoon I would normally have gone online to get what I wanted but I wanted to make sure this purchase felt good (I was looking for a replacement mouse for my PC) I was pleasantly surprised. The store looked nice, it was well stocked and the people were friendly. The last time I was in this store once before the holidays it was sort of slim in stock this experience was soooo much better. It was good to be in the store, I found a great mouse and best of all a price I was happy with.
