Took my daughter in for prom night make-up. Claudia was patient, listened to her and kept her looking natural, and enhanced her features. We truly enjoyed letting someone else take care of her makeup look.

Unbelievably busy with last minute Christmas shopping and the staff couldn’t have been better. Long check out line but they added a spot between the two registers to check people out with credit card only and only email receipts so helped moved the line.

I have never been the beauty store kind of girl. They usually make me uncomfortable with pushy salespeople offering to do my makeup or give me a spray of the newest perfume. Sephora was pleasantly different. I was welcomed into the store, but I was able to move around the store without a person asking if I needed help. The store is well thought out and clean. I was able to quickly find what I was looking for even though this was my first time in Sephora. Checkout was easy, and the employee was pleasant. I will return to Sephora. I found Sephora to be quite pleasant.

I had an amazing experience at this Sephora location! I recently started getting into makeup and was my first time buying high end makeup and Cecelia (pink hair) helped me very kindly throughout the whole process! She shade matched me for foundation and concealer. She helped me pick out setting sprays and recommend alot of good products for my skin. She was the sweetest, took her time with me and was very helpful with every question I had. I’ll definitely be coming back here! The rest of the staff is super sweet as well.

I think he was a manager, can't remember his name period anyways. He was training a young lady named vincha.
That guy is a fantastic human being and very informative. Sephora should be thankful that he is working for them.
I was passed by by a few other staff members that could not help me.

MJ did a great job of helping me find products. I love being greeted when entering a store and being treated well while shopping.

If there was room for me to give 100 stars, I would. This Sephora location is absolutely amazing!! I walked in there not really sure of myself and what I was looking for, but was quickly helped by 3 spectacular associates. Bri, Devyn, and Conrad created an absolutely iconic experience for me ranging all my needs from skin care, to foundation color matching, to simply picking out the right blush for my skin shade. They walked with me step by step through each process and asked me very great questions in order to explain to me what products would be best suited for me as well as why. They didn’t make me feel like a burden or rushed and it was honestly the most incredible experience i have ever had at any beauty/ makeup store ever! I will MOST definitely be returning.

The ladies here were SO nice and helpful. I brought a bunch of plastic baggies in to try perfumes today and take them home to let them mature and they were so educated in helping me find ones that I loved 😍😍 Thank you Jenna, Bree, and Jada!!!

Have to give a shout out to Sephora in Cypress a huge shout out to Ms Jada, who did an excellent job in matching my skin tone with the correct foundation and taking her time to just make sure that it was a perfect match got outside to my car to actually look from natural sunlight into a mirror, and it still match perfectly
