Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The delivery guys, Tyson and (guessing at spelling here, sorry if it’s not correct) Juanse are amazing, they always, and I do mean ALWAYS go above and Bryon with great attitudes and smiles. These gentleman will go far in life. HF&C y’all have some of the best employees that represent y’all in the best way any employer could ask for! Pay them well and hang on to them they are doing everything right and I will forever refer everyone to go to HF&C! Thanks for being amazing every day y’all!

The staff are incredible. They assisted me with straw hay bales for our homecoming float this year. Super friendly and definitely made and impression on me to recommend to others, as well as return again in the future.

Today was the first time I have been in HF&C. The store is very clean and they have a great selection of products. Susan the Manager is awesome, she was so friendly and she was eager to help me. It is nice to be able to walk into a business and everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. Definitely will go back and do more shopping. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Staff are extremely friendly and provide awesome service. The hay is always pretty good quality, and the guys out back loading hay and feed are quick and efficient.

Super friendly and knowledgeable people. The store is clean, well organized, and stocked for my cattle and chicken needs. The feed prices are fair too. It was a great first-time shopping experience today, and I'll be a returning customer.

This is one of, if not the best, feed store we have ever done business. They have the absolute best customer service to rival customer service in any industry, any where. They are knowledgeable and helpful, yet, stay out of your way to let you look and shop at your leisure. They carry so many brands of feeds and supplements, supplies, tools, and tack for all species: swine, sheep, goats, cattle, and horses. We drive over 100 miles to do business with this feed store, it’s that good!

They took really great care of me. Thier loaders are always hard working. One of the bales I got there ended up being a bit moldy and lower quality and they gladly took $50 off my next bale with no problem. They have very reasonable prices and are also the only local place to carry products for sheep around Amarillo!

I shop here on a regular basis for feed and hay. They are the sweetest and kindest people and have great customer help for sure I highly recommend this place for your horse or animal needs.
