Went in w a dead battery. They were pretty busy but they made time to switch out my battery and double check my alternator, no problem. Thanks to Joseph for his quick install and friendly service, I’m able to get back to work in a timely manner. Very much appreciated!

I dealt first with this O'Reilly's location about 15 years ago, they were helpful then and they are helpful now. It's nice to be welcomed when you walk into a business and treated with respect whether or not you're there to spend money. Even if you just stop in to ask a question they're very helpful people.

Great service! We were passing through and needed new wipers. They had them in stock, and Joseph gave us fantastic advice on how to install it without breaking it (apparently that happens a lot on my model of car).

My truck was in the shop for repairs so I used my husband‘s beater truck. The windshield wipers were terrible, so I stopped at the O’Reillys in Canyon Texas and KOLE was fast and efficient in helping me replace the windshield wipers. He was very kind and considerate. I was very relieved to have such good service. It was very hot out and I was grateful for his expert service. Thank you KOLE.

I just had THE GREATEST customer service experience with Joseph, who I think is the store manager and if he’s not then he needs to be! I came in needing a battery hold down rod. Joseph took the time to come out, measure the length needed to properly fit the battery, and even installed it for me. I’m not handy, but I could’ve done that easy job and Joseph without hesitation took the initiative and demonstrated excellent customer service. When the butterfly wing nut wasn’t going to work, due to the bar I had in place, he went and found a nut and a washer that would fit. Thanks Joseph, you were excellent to work with!
