Makes my day! Seriously, like others have said, this store is the best! I come here way too often, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are AMAZING. What a wonderful staff of friendly, patient, helpful, kind humans. I am lucky that I live close by, but even if I didn’t, I would drive out of my way to just come to this location. I can’t remember everyone, but Carissa and Bastion are always great. And there is another younger guy with glasses that is always great. I love that it is also locally owned as well. I’m sure the staff is compensated well, but if you can, they all deserve raises!!!! 🤗

Great experience! We came on a busy Saturday and were in a hurry and Pamela helped us right away and quickly! I was unsure on an Amazon return but she handled it quickly and confidently for me, which I really appreciated. Thank you!
P.S. my 11 year daughter says Pamela was a great employee and probably deserves a raise. Lol.

This UPS store is the best! Every time I go here the representatives treat me with professionalism and the best customer service. Today was just as great. Bastian assisted me with my needs and was friendly, kind, and made me feel very much appreciated. I drive all the way from Spring Hill To go to this location because service is always fast, friendly, and great! Thank you Bastian for making my trip here easy and fast while doing it all with a small and personality!

Best service ever! Carissa helped me send a package in less than 10 minutes. She was informed, clear, considerate and kind. I showed up with no box, no idea of what I needed and no plan and she guided me through the whole process, helped me pick the best shipping option for my needs and I was finished and back to the rest of my day in no time. Highly recommend this store and Carissa!

Bastian, Jackson, and Brayden were awesome. They took great care of me and made shipping fast and easy! The even went the extra mile to open the door and help carry things inside — much appreciated. Best UPS store experience I’ve had in a long time!

I seriously can’t say enough good things about the people that work at this store. Every single time I go in there, I’m so freaking impressed. Today, Bastion helped me and was fast and efficient. I then saw him turn to Scott and tell him to enjoy his break, only to see Scott look up and see the long line, so he went and put his phone and keys down and jumped back in to help his colleagues and customers get seen more quickly. Last time I was in, Chandler was amazing. I drive out of my way to use this UPS over the UPS in Mt Juliet Providence Shopping Center because every time I go to that one, it is frustrating. Thank you so much to the entire team who works so hard to keep the line moving quickly for everyone!

I have been twice recently with just a simple return both times were extremely pleasant. There are marvelous employees working there. Jacob got me gooood with one of his jokes! He was very witty and so helpful! Wonderful experience!

My favorite UPS Store. They are well-staffed, friendly and helpful. Jacob was very patient with me, while I pulled up all my Amazon returns on my phone…. AND he taught me that the UPS folks can see the size of the items on their computer…. which is one of the biggest frustrations as a customer doing an Amazon return, is the QR code page doesn't show us that.

The cool springs location is the best UPS store I've visited, and I do a LOT of shipping! Always ready to help, readily available carts to get packages thru the door, self-service kiosk if needed, and it seems like there's always a truck on standby! Carissa helps me fairly regularly, and she's friendly, efficient, and professional, like the rest of the staff. Given a choice, I only come to this location.

Jacob at the UPS Store is a shipping wizard! He greeted me with a smile that could brighten anyone's day and handled my package like it was the Hope Diamond. Quick, efficient, and with a great sense of humor, Jacob made my shipping experience a breeze. If you need something shipped and want a good laugh while you're at it, Jacob's your guy!

Always a friendly experience coming here. But today, Bastian was over and above friendly, funny, and very helpful. We joked back and forth about me emailing my packing slip for him to print because I kept messing it up. Glad they are so close to me for my packaging needs!

i had a heavy item to bring for shipping and i was going to go inside the store to request assistance but the UPS Store Employee came right outside to offer me assistance - what wonderful service. He said he saw the red label marked Heavy and that was why he came outside the store to offer help. Thank you very much for such Excellent service 😇

Carissa Jacob and Scott were amazing! I left out an item from my package and they located my box before the package shipped and assisted me in adding the missing items. Awesome customer service!

This is the best UPS store! They are always well staffed, quick, and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. Scott was so helpful in updating my current information in my account and shipping my package. I highly recommend this location!

Dropped couple of packages off, Carissa greeted me right when I entered the store, tapped my box and scanned my package within seconds! She also repackaged an amazon return for me, absolutely great service!
