Nora has great customer service. She helped my fiance and I to transfer our phone plans over to cricket. She stayed until after closing hours to help us! She went above and beyond to make sure our phone were set up correctly. We really appreciate her patience and service.

Nora at the Franklin location is the best! She knows what she's doing and is always very helpful and friendly. We come to Franklin just because we know we're not going to leave unhappy. She even helped me save money on my monthly bill which I knew nothing about if it wasn't for her!

I purchased two new LG phones with 5G service. They were on sale and the employee helped us to pick out cases and get all the accessories that we needed protect our devices. I did not have a case that I like in the store so the employees advise me that she could bring one from the other location. She brought me several to choose from and I got a great deal

Woah..I am so glad I stopped in and Beronica was working. I went to another cricket store earlier in the day and the service person was extremely rude so I just on a whim and stopped at this location. Beronica was extremely helpful and got me setup with my new phone! (Which I love)
