I came from out of town to get a prescription for my dog and Karah (who works at the pharmacy) called 3-4 different numbers to help fill my dog’s prescription. I thought it was really nice of her to take the time to help me. I really appreciated it!

They didn’t have a lot of the items I needed. I was greeted when I came inside. Did self checkout because no one was at the register.

I really like this CVS. They fixed the old challenges with the short staff long wait in their Rx dept

Staff always offers to help you find anything. My hats off to Sunny who has remembered my name and always has a smile and warm greeting.

The only challenge is getting into their lot. They have let the landscaping go wild and iit boths blocks ones ability to see traffic when exiting their lot . Down right dangerous.
Many of the parking spaces near the entrance have bush branches growing into the parking spaces.
The bushes at their front doors are also a hazard as they block the view of both cars and people
Someone is going to get hit or have an accident in their lot.

I often like to stand outside the building and watch people come in and out. I haven't worked up the courage to walk in yet. But from the outside it looks like a good store.

Store feels like there is little planning on where items are located - disorganized. Employees are friend - don't forget your CVS card you need it to check out.

I don’t understand why people needing to pick up prescriptions wait in the same outside line as those who are there for COVID testing.
We got behind a man who was there an hour before his COVID testing time and after about 30 minutes, he came out of his vehicle and told us he had yet to wait another 30 minutes so we could get in front of him.
It’s not always practical to walk in the store for prescriptions, otherwise, I’d use the CVS at Target near my home. Being very ill and super cautious about COVID, drive-thru is my only option.
Have separate lines for those wanting COVID testing!! This is a no brainer!!!

ABIGAIL was rude and condescending. At the CVS pharmacy. She said they had the prescription that I needed as Kroger did not. My sons eye was really hurting and I was doing my best to get the prescription before the pharmacies closed. I was as kind as can be but Her tone and they way she was talking I could tell she was annoyed to help me. It was around 7:30 pm and I said I’ll be there asap because they close at 8 pm. She said well don’t rush over I have a lot of people before you in a rude tone. Basically you could tell she wanted to go home and was rude in the process.
