We went to adjust our plan and add 2 lines. Samantha answered all our questions and gave us some helpful tips on how to save some money on our service. We will definitely be back when we need more assistance. Thank you. Great Job Samantha!

After several disappointing visits I am happy to report that, at a minimum, the upper level management does have proper product knowledge, unlike other sales persons who may not be so well informed, and by my recent experience has a genuine concern for customers satisfaction and happiness!
When I had an issue that was a little difficult a district manager, I believe, intervened and took his time to explain my product and help me with transferring my calendar info which was huge; then he checked on some current offers and let me know about a super awesome deal that I was glad to take advantage of. Great guy, wish there were more managers like that around!

Great customer service! I was assisted by Emily, her associate and manager. At times they joined forces at times to ensure that all bases were covered. I was appreciative of the advice that was given as well. I was happy with my overall service.

My fiance and I spoke with Grant and he was extremely professional and patient with us. We are with comcast, switching providers and trying to figure things out and he walked us through and talked about all of our options. We appreciate it.

Came in with my parents just a few minutes before closing for what we thought would be a quick stop, but we ended up being there for over an hour setting up new devices. Despite that, the manager who helped us was friendly and efficient and never made us feel unwelcome.

So I'm guessing Lucas works at this location but let me just say he is awesome and is very informative. He installed our wifi today and I am beyond impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. He was also very good with my cats and dog. I highly recommend him!

I walked in and immediately was greeted by staff. I rarely have positive experiences at places like this (Verizon, Xfinity, other ATT stores) so I was anticipating a frustrating afternoon.

Courtney took a detailed approach in responding to my concerns and answering my questions. I am having difficulty getting internet in my new construction home, as ATT fiber or comcast are not yet available. Courtney helped me understand the process, and also sent me options for a phone service plan since I'm wanting to update to a newer phone and they have a deal going on!

Thank you for restoring my faith in places like these. There still are reasonable people who are truly helpful and I will only come back to this store for my ATT needs.

Went into the store to get help with my s22 ultra. Jessica worked with me and was very helpful. She answered all my questions and made sure I had everything taken care of before I left. Highly recommend this store.

Julian helped us get the best suited phone for my father in law. He was so patient and very helpful with all of our questions and concerns!
Morgan also a sales person there assisted us while Julian had to help another lady quickly. Both were helpful and top customer service! Would recommend this store any day of the week!

Visited South Church St location and John B. was outstanding help! So comforting and helpful! Definitely will be recommending people to this store to see him! He was so helpful and recommended so many great options that suited me and my plan. Fantastic service over any phone store I have been to hands down.

My dad loves this store and after going with him a couple times I can see why. The staff is always patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Rachel helped me pick out my phone and all the accessories. She made the whole process so easy and fun! I will definitely go back to see her next time I need something.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Carley (the manager) was very helpful. I am considering transferring from my pay as you go plan to a 2 year contract and she walked me through and even helped me pick out a phone I would enjoy! Well, I absolutely LOVE coming into this store! If I could give them 100 stars, I would and I’m not being over the top! In the last two months, I have purchased a new X iPhone and a new iPad from them and I have been back twice for help because I’m not too techno savvy...that’s putting it mildly🤪, and they have helped me both times without making me feel the least bit self-conscious about my lack of knowledge. AND the employees are SUPERB in THEIR level of knowledge and ability to teach an almost techno non-learner how to navigate through my new devices. Yesterday I visited the store for my third time and was greeted by a very kind, helpful young man that I hadn’t met before. While he was being so patient trying to explain something that I just didn’t “get”, Amber, who was there when I bought my devices, came over to greet me and help explain for the third time what I wasn’t “getting”. I ended up spending over an hour there being tutored on my devices and being shown how I can save lots of my hard-earned money off my existing bill. Amber, who is now the manager at this location, tirelessly worked with me and today will be calling me back to repackage my services to keep me very, very happy! If you haven’t visited this location, do yourself a BIG favor and stop by! I promise they will NOT disappoint and unless you just don’t like superb deals and helpful people, go on in! You’ll be GLAD you did!🤗👍👏

ATT store S Church St. MurfreesboroTN: Caleb is absolutely the best sales rep they’ve ever had. He is extremely helpful offering different choices and suggestions without being so pushy that he offends like some do. If you want an honest answer and a patient, kind person to deal with ask for Caleb and don’t go until he’s there.

John was a great rep, very professional, helped in a timely manner, and had a super fun energetic personality that made the process easy!

I really enjoyed my experience here. Carly was incredibly helpful and attentive. I got exactly what I needed, and I didn't have to wait until Christmas to get it! Great job guys!

In my 5 years of being a customer with att I’ve had the best internet service imaginable, just recently got wireless service and was pulled around the loop with the door to door folks. They told me my cell services would be a certain price, so I went with it. Bill came in, even without the 1 time payment, my bill was not what they promised. Long story short, went in today “again” and got the most professional experience from Marcus I had ever gotten before. He is straight to the punch and HONEST. I spoke to one man before, he sucked me into a scam, said he’d give “dtv now” to me for a month trial, ended up being a subscription and made my internet bill skyrocket. In the end Marcus took care of everything. My bill is where it should’ve been after switching from T-Mobile. Had to downgrade a little, but all is good. Who NEEDS unlimited data anyways?
