AT&T Store

My store rep was great! Greeted me right away even though he had to place me in queue for a few minutes. Was very knowledgeable about my situation and had a solution right away. Checked my account for any missing benefits and found some. Offered options without pressure. Excellent experience with Kevin.

At maybe 10 or 11, I came in inquiring about why my phone wasn’t working. I had no clue there was a nationwide outage. The lady at the front, Ashley, was explaining what was going on to another customer. I caught the end of it but wasn’t sure if she had the same issue as me. She explained, again, to me everything as thoroughly as she could. Her tone and attitude was great! She was even giving compliments and stayed positive the entire interaction. She knew everybody was about to come in and give her a hard time. And she never showed that she was annoyed or frustrated about an issue that she had no control over. She handled today REALLY well. I work in customer service myself so I would’ve understood if she got a little spicy by noon 🤣. I hope she, her boss and coworkers see this. I don’t know how or if you all reward your employees but GIVE ASHELY WHATEVER SHE WANTS!! Lol

Do yourself a huge favor and ask for Jack! Amazing customer service, he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, important, and cared for. Jack found me deals that I didn’t see and also products that made my personal and business transactions effortless! I was speechless by the end of our transaction. I’ll be back because of Mr. Jack alone! 10 stars for Jack!

I recently visited my local AT&T store to upgrade my fiance's phone, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service we received, especially from Jack. Not only did he assist us in finding the perfect phone for my fiance's needs, but he also went above and beyond by introducing us to the FirstNet service for first responders. His knowledge and passion for helping customers truly shone through as he explained how we could save even more money by setting up auto-pay with a debit card instead of a credit card – something I was unaware of.

But the outstanding service didn't stop there. When I encountered some issues setting up my iPad with the FirstNet service, Andrew stepped in to save the day. Despite it being past closing hours, Andrew patiently worked through the problem, ensuring that everything was set up correctly and functioning smoothly before we left the store. His dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable, and I left the store feeling grateful for the exceptional support we received.

Overall, our experience at AT&T exceeded all expectations thanks to Jack and Andrew's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers.

James did a great job!! He is a pure professional. Very patient. Ask for him if you need new service. Manager Andrew was great as well.

Jack and Andrew was wonderful straight to the point handled a situation that a rep screwed up in Memphis with no hesitation. Even conversated for a lil bit and could relate to each other it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend coming to see them if you have any questions or problems.

This review is for James at the Thompson Lane location in Murfreesboro. He was extremely helpful and has knowledge on every product or service that AT&T has to offer. He went out of his way to help me and other customers as well as looked for discounts when they are needed in today’s economy. James helped me get my new iPhone set up with ease and also installed a screen protector for me. Inserted my phone into a new case as well. Also James is Bilingual (might be multilingual) so Spanish speakers can get service with ease thanks to this store’s staff. Thanks for all the amazing help 👍

I been in this store several times this year. I’ve had to cancel, upgrade, change numbers, and several other times this year. Every time I’ve visited this store I’ve worked with Caitlyn. She is the main reason my family is still with ATT. We had some not so positive experiences in the past with ATT but Caitlyn is the best. I could have easily have choose another mobile provider but her patients, knowledge, and kindness is the main reason we are still with ATT. I be would recommend this store to anyone that ask and would recommend Caitlyn. Thank you for to Att and Caitlyn for all you help.

Great service and the reps are very patient! Jeremy did a great job explaining everything and got me a great deal on phones! He did a great job representing AT&T!

Came back today and worked with Fletcher. He had great customer service and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

Austin was first class… knowledgeable, efficient and while being very professional was very amicable, too. Being here was a pleasant experience.

Great experience this morning! We really appreciated being greeted and having our name taken in order to ensure a spot in line for service. The wait was not long. We were assisted by Austin D. who was wonderful. Polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and had our iPhone upgrades go smoothly. It took quite a bit of time, but we were not rushed.
iPhones and their accessories are not inexpensive, and so we appreciate the excellent customer service during purchasing.

We spoke to the store manager during our visit to say just how pleased we were, but we wanted to reinforce with a positive review.

Kaitlyn was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She took very good care of me and my family.

Caitlyn was awesome. Will seek her when I need future assistance with ATT products etc.

I came in after getting a new phone and needed some settings updated. Okeke was amazing getting me setup, and was attentive to everyone walking in the store. I would definitely come back if I need help, so much better than calling corporate!

Brandon not only took care of the issue I came into the store for - he also recommended fixes for issues I was having due to restrictions my company had placed on the phone. My company’s IT department was then able to resolve those. Brandon’s expertise and proactive approach was very much appreciated!

Great experience! I came in to trade in my phone. Brian was extremely helpful. He throughly explained details to every question I had. I was able to get in & out without waiting for long periods of time. Definitely recommend!
