My experience at the store was great. Amy took care of my printing needs and was so pleasant and helpful to work with! I didn't feel rushed or that I was a bother to her at all. Amazing customer service and a smile.

After having a very frustrating experience at another UPS store earlier in the day I went to store #2467. Amy (1784) was so kind and very helpful. I was shipping an odd shaped item. She helped my find the best box and most economical way to ship. This is now my go-to UPS store!

The service at store 2467 is great. We had an Amazon package to return as well as needed Notary Services.

Haven't had a bad experience yet! Spoke to Amy today and she was hustling & bustling. Barely had to wait a minute for service, and I was in out and done in under 10. Customer service is the number 1 thing I look for when I do business, and this place is getting top marks

James at Store 2467 is amazing here at UPS. I had forgotten about getting some programs printed for our Cub Scout event, but he got us fixed up and even had them folded and boxed up within hours. Super nice guy and the product looked great! Thank you, James!!

I have been going to this UPS store for over 8 years as I work nearby and have an abundance of shipping needs. I am there at least a few times each week. Everyone is always super helpful, nice, courteous, and personable. I feel like friends. Today Leo helped me, and he was fast and accurate.

By fault of my own I dropped off a package without taking the time to get a tracking number. The company claimed they never received the package and relentlessly hounded me for money. The owner went out of his way to patiently help me resolve the issue. He was friendly, intelligent, knowledgeable, and effective! Not saying every story like mine ends well, but, very rarely do you find someone who will spend their time to help a situation that was MY mistake! Superb customer service and downright good old fashioned values...renewed faith in humanity!

I visited this location to return my AT&T U-Verse equipment back in April 2017. The staff were quick and extremely helpful and went out of their way to remind me not to discard the return receipt due to recent problems with AT&T returns.

Naturally, I lost my receipt and couldn't provide AT&T proof of my return.

Fast forward to this morning (months later). I came in again to try and get another copy of my return receipt but UPS doesn't keep track of those returns. The staff was very apologetic and was initially unable to find my records. However, later that day the store the owner/manager went out of his way to track down and email the records using the date I had visited the store (months earlier) to get my refund processed.

Great customer service. Exceptional level of professionalism! Thanks for being awesome!

I'm in this UPS store at least 4 nights a weeks sending packages out to our clients. I've tried several UPS stores between La Vergne and Murfreesboro and this store #2467 is now my "go to" store. One particular employee, Kaylee, stands out for her professionalism and helpful attitude. She is familiar with every aspect of their services and her customer service is 2nd to none. She greets everyone with a smile and is definitely an asset to this business. Keep up the great work, Kaylee, you are appreciated!

This has been a great place most every time I've been. I'm an older person, and the workers have been so helpful helping me carry in packages, plus being wonderfully patient as I find my Amazon return labels. I'm delighted to have found this group of workers!!

Thank you so much, Leo for the quick and efficient service. When shipping 5 to15 packages several times a week, it it truly ends my work day on a good note when Leo handles everything and gets me on my way so fast. I absolutely love this store and friendly staff and highly recommend them.

We have been doing business at this location for years and have always had exceptional service. If we have ever had an issue, it has been a sort or transit issue, and this store did everything to find out more information on our items when they have no control with that part of the process.
Disregard the reviews of disgruntled naysayers who have no idea how the shipping industry actually works.

I'm a long time customer of this business. I've seen dozens of employees over the years and every one of them has treated me with courtesy and respect. The owner is very hands-on and assures a high level of service. I recommend this store for private mailboxes or any shipping needs.

We needed to send something with DHL and this store is also a DHL store. When we got there it was about 20 minutes before they closed. Both of the people working smiled and greeted. They did not act aggravated like most people do when you arrive so close to closing time. They were very nice and polite. We will definitely be returning here when we need to ship other things.
Another example of how wonderful these guys are. We were shipped a box of baby clothes to Mexico. They informed us that anything from certain countries were not permitted to enter through customs. The young lady working actually looked through all of the items with me. Rather than letting us send a package that would have been tied up with customs, they made sure we didn't have to go through that headache. That showed me they are not a money hungry place like other similar places.
