I had a wonderful experience at the perfume counter during the Christmas shopping holiday... Miss. Risi was very helpful, patient in very friendly.. I chose some Chanel perfume for my Son's Fiance.. ❤❤❤ A+++++ service...

Love Belk at The Avenue. Took my mother-in-law last week (before the freeze), and Belk is now her favorite store for clothing, accessories, and home items.

Standard anchor store setup, but the service behind the counter was super nice. I had to pick up an order my aunt did online. It was very quick and easy to pick it up. I perused and did a little window shopping while I was upstairs. The betting and linen department was beautifully decorated.

We were from out of town and never heard of a Belk. Nice clean store. All staff were great. Special thanks to 2 ladies Schiana and Kiara. Both these ladies went above and beyond with their service. Thank you so much for all the assistance.

I love the belk family bathroom, best experience in there. I’d probably say 9/10 because the janitor banged on the door and interrupted us. I accidentally left white gooey body fluids on the floor tho

I always visit this Belk when I'm in Murfreesboro. The sales are great. I always score great finds!

Great selection of clothing. Was able to find last minute Easter dresses here for a great price.

Christmas shopping we hit the mall, JC Penney,, Dillard's and more. Belk blows Dillard's out of the water on so pricing and merch levels. Merchandise is stocked and man the sales are awesome, so needed with the cost of everything right now. We even ended up buying stuff for ourselves, we couldn't pass up the bargains. We picked up a $99 knock off roomba for $25 and more. Only downside customer service wasn't there at all. We had to hunt for a register and prices aren't on alot of the items. We had to download an app to get pricing. Employees at Dillard's and Penneys were much friendlier and more helpful though.

I love belk! They always have coupons and sales going on. I buy a lot of face cleaning products there and perfume. They have stylish dresses in the junior section and cute handbags and shoes.

I went in to get some gold earrings and Hanadi was AMAZING!! The best costumer service. She was very helpful and had lots of knowledge about the jewelry. I can’t not wait to go back and purchase more things with her.

The young lady I believe her name was Brie was very polite and helpful. Went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. 10 outta 10 customer service
