The salesman, Travis and the store manager Troy were amazing. I am pretty tech- illiterate as i told them, but they each took time to help me understand my new phone and bill since my family and I were switching from T-Mobile. Travis helped me setup my phone like a boss and Troy was able to break down my bill like it was nothing. You don’t really expect to go into a retail store and receive employees who actually care and don’t want to just up-sale everything in the store but they definitely changed my mind and i will be coming back and recommending all my co-workers this store! Thank you guys again!

I came into the store and worked with a young gentlemen named Travis and he was beyond amazing! He was very patient with me and was very knowledgable of all the services offered by AT&T. Travis was able to provide me with an optimal experience and I would recommend anyone needing AT&T to come to the Cool Springs store and work with Travis as he met all my needs. All my questions and concerns were addressed. SUPERIOR SERVICE! HE WAS THE BEST 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Ruben was VERY helpful for me. My phone lost service, I had no idea on what to do. He was very knowledgeable, he updated my phone and fixed my service problem with a few tips and tricks. While my phone updated, he made my time comfortable with personable, open communication that ranged from technical issues to video games our spouses enjoy playing. My experience here was awesome and the customer service was the best! Thanks Ruben!

I came in about 2 weeks ago needing information on adding 2 lines for my niece and nephew. I have really bad anxiety so a lot of options tend to make my head hurt lol. I spoke with a young man named Travis. He was very helpful and made me laugh as he could tell I was becoming overwhelmed. He instantly showed me compassion and gave me information to take home to look over with my husband. I greatly appreciate his help and the store in general for being so kind and helpful!!!! I will be back soon!!

Very transparent, I upgraded from iPhone 11 to an iPhone 15. I was nervous about having everything transferred, thousands of contacts, hundreds of notes, and countless photos none of which I wanted to lose. Came into the store and met Rubin. He assured me that he was definitely going to help with the transfer. Let’s just say Rubin was PHENOMENAL!! He really “held my hand” though the process and calm any anxiety, we purchased a new IPad because Rubin was so PHENOMENAL!! Oh and he helped us save a bit on our existing phone plan! If you want the best, ask for the best. Ask for Phenomenal Rubin!!

I bought a new phone because my extremely older one stopped calling and receiving phone calls. Therefore, I went in around a week ago and was immediately greeted by a younger associate. I apologize I can’t remember his name. Very kind and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a phone and told me how I could save money. See, my husband has cancer and we are down to my one paycheck so any little bit helps. I left and was very happy. But then, a day before yesterday, my brand new phone suddenly wasn’t sending text messages???
I made a second trip there today 08/06/24 and was immediately greeted by Tim. Tim was AMAZING! He was uncertain as to why it wasn’t sending texts as well and needed some time to try to see what was going on. No problem, I understand. I went over to look at IPADs because I’ve had one before and loved it. I work from home and when I am traveling, it would be nice to be able to still work on something larger than my phone….instead of losing work days. Immediately, Troy came over and asked if he could help me? He was so kind just like Tim. So, while I was waiting, Troy explained the differences between 2 Ipads I was interested in. He was so knowledgeable as was Tim. Troy went over cost per month and I decided to get one which I am enjoying so much. He also helped me figure out how much extra my bill would be. So, I thanked him and picked out an Apple Air. I then went back to see Tim and after several attempts at fixing it, he finally found the issue and it had to do with the att system they stated and not just my phone. They were both so helpful AND OHH Tim caught something on my account that I am truly grateful for….he noticed on his computer while looking at my account when I came in the week before, I didn’t add insurance to my new phone and he wanted to know if I wanted to add it for my new IPad? I honestly don’t remember being asked about insurance when I came in the first time, but I’m so grateful Tim caught it because I definitely need the insurance/protection if something happens. I just wanted to tell whoever that Tim and Troy were absolutely amazing gentleman! Kind, helpful and so very knowledgeable just to name a few adjectives. You can tell that they love their job and they both spent alot of their time helping me. They are excellent employees.

Had an issue with porting my number over. I spent over 3 hours on the phone, a store visit to a different store and overall 3 days with this issue. I came in to this store and in less than 20 mins Rubein fixed my issue. Great service and expertise.

We were greeted immediately by Rubin and he assisted us thru the entire changeover.
Without his knowledge and sincere interest I doubt we would have changed to AT&T cellular.

Patrick was awesome! He helped get my new phone set up, and he helped get my partner's number added to my account as well as helping him pick out a new phone and a watch. He made sure all of our devices were set up correctly, and he walked us through what we could expect our upcoming bills to look like with the activation fees. He was very kind and professional, and we appreciated his help.

Nitara went above and beyond for me when it came to figuring out the reason for the issue I was having . After fixing things entirely , I was in such a good mood ! I splurged! We had a situation where my phone became disconnected from service when my daughter set her new phone up. I went into the store very frustrated about this issue but Doak was immediately very helpful. He quickly fixed the problem at no charge. I would highly recommend this location and working with Doak as he is very efficient and effective about getting things done.

Doak was amazing, they were a little busy when we arrived to the store. There were a couple of people ahead of us. Doak was so helpful, got us in and out. He was very kind and knowledgeable, I really appreciated his help.
