MAPCO Mart

Store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The items I wanted were in stock. The parking lot was clean, as were the bathrooms. This is great little place to stop after spending the day at the VA.

Bought a sandwich here around midnight last night coming home from a long night at the hospital with a very sick family. Tired and hungry I was ready to eat and go to bed. I get home and the sandwich was horrible. The bread tasted like it was stale and the meat stunk. I returned it to the store and the kid behind the register just smiled and asked what he was supposed to do. He thought it was funny and said all he could was to throw it away. I will never come back to this store. I would be concerned if it were me and I'm potentially selling something that's rotten

Lady working on 8/3 at 2p was clearly sick. She is coughing without a mask and in customers faces... decided not to make any purchases after watching this happen.

Arrived a this Mapco Mart Monday Aug. 10th, 2020 upon walking in the store I was asked by the store clerk which was in the back of the store to put my mask on. I kindly apologized and exited the store to simply return with proper attire. As I get to the back cooler to pull a drink from the cooler I notice the store clerk is diligently working but has his mask around his neck. I simply ask the brother to practice what he is trying to preach and next thing I know there is a full blown argument. So I get my drink and cookie and at this point he is demanding me to leave and refusing to check me out; making threats with the police. I add my stuff up over the phone with tax and overpay. He has now pretended to be on the phone with the police. I take it upon myself to call the law to give my side to only find out he did not call them. I tell them to come on out to the store and wait outside patiently. When the officer arrives he starts off as a jerk towards me and hurrys in the store. When I enter the store as we are having altercations in the store the officer finally realizes him & I have our mask on but the clerk does not. Things then turn around with the officer arguing with the clerk about you need to do what you are asking others; next thing I know the clerk (night manager) tells the officer this is his store and if he does not like it he can leave. Well guess what; the officer leaves and says he will never stop there again. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE IS MAPCO MART EMPLOYING & WHAT HAS BECOME OF OUR LAW? DOES IT LOOK LIKE HE HAS HIS MASK ON?

Just left this Marco the college age Indian guy behind the counter tries to steal 10 dollars out of my change thinking I wouldn't notice but when you hand a cashier a 20 and buy a 1.87 snack you notice getting 8 dollars change back somethings wrong, NOT HAPPY AT ALL
