Kroger

I enjoy shopping at Kroger. I'd recommend a Kroger Plus membership and a Boost subscription. I save a TON on gas just buying my normal groceries, and the prices are extremely competitive. In my opinion, it's a much better shopping experience then other big box stores.

Fyi, I am giving a 5 star for the amazing staff at Kroger and not for the delivery of my groceries (which IS NOT THIS KROGERS FAULT). So most Krogers have a delivery option shown on the app but this specific Kroger apparently does not unless it's Instacart. However when I specifically put on the Kroger app for delivery with Kroger (and not Instacart - because they're sketch) it allowed me to for this location. I just recently had surgery so delivery was ideal. The Kroger vehicle pulled up to my door and dropped off my groceries, I received the confirmation and reciept in my email and on the Kroger app. But I had several missing items so when I called, the store was very confused how this was even possible because they DO NOT have delivery. I even provided my info and order # which they couldn't find In the system. I spoke with Andi and Kendall at the store and informed them I'd come in. Even though they offered to just provide me with phone numbers to fix the situation. (I was stubborn and decided going in would be less stressful than dealing with customer service lines and repeating my situation lol) When I did make it to the store Andi, Kendall and the manager Ron met me at customer service and although they were confused (as we all were) they were never rude or dismissive and they went above and beyond iin determining and replacing the missing items and brought it to my car (so I didn't have to wait in the store). They did this with kindness, respect and in a very timely manner! I appreciate all their help!! @ corporate! *cough cough* they all three def deserve a raise!! Thanks again Andi, Kendall and Ron!!!

Hands down, this place has the BEST staff. They’re not he most caring and compassionate individuals and they make sure you have an understanding of what you were prescribed and the proper ways to take it as well.

I always go to Kroger and this nice sweet young lady named zoey i think she has curly hair . Kindly bagged my groceries helped me carry them to my car. The other day she helped me get my groceries. Honestly this beautiful young lady deserves a raise!!

This is one of my favorite Kroger's in the area, the staff here, especially Emily, is really good. They are all really helpful. And the managers are awesome. And the sales that they do are really good. And its all really well organized. Plus the location you cant beat.

I do not live in the boro. I was in desperate need for some flowers for someone who I love to take to the hospital. I found the perfect arrangement but the water was dirty. I asked the csr to refill and she was more than happy to!! I wished that I would have taken a picture of the flowers. They were exactly what I was looking for!! Thank you!!

The place was unusually busy due to snow forecast, but I was able to get the few items I needed and check out without much hassle.

Always a great place to get your groceries. Also great digital coupons.

The store is large and well stocked. The staff is friendly and happy to help upon request. It is usually easy to find a decently close parking space, and the store is pretty well maintained.

I had never been inside this Kroger before but found what we needed easily. The cashier was very pleasant. I am generally pleased with Kroger.

The cashier asked me if I wanted Cash back. I replied to her, “Who wouldn’t, I mean there’s Ring of Fire, Walk the Line, and let’s not forget his Christmas album.

Well, I'm a little upset. My wife was able to buy everything she went there for. The problem is that they sold her more stuff on top of that. I will admit that that stuff was good, though. 😉👍🏽

Met a nice young man pushing carts I believe his name was fares great kid helped me with my groceries and wouldn’t even accept a tip

No line, partially empty, got in and out in a New York minute. Simple!

Love this store! Great sales and I never pay full gas price because of the points reward system.

Super friendly checkout staff. Even offered to help me take cases of soda out to my car.
