We enjoy having our trailer stored here- feels safe and secure, the staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and the spaces we were offered were level and away from trees that would cause debris in the fall. Alma, who works there, is a gem and incredibly friendly and excels at customer service. Highly recommend this storage facility.

I have rented here in the past. I just rented a 10 x 10 unit earlier this month. The host is the best. She makes you feel welcome. The area is clean and organized, there are camera's all over, very secure. If you don't have a gate code, your not coming in after hours. I like being able to access from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week. My business depends on it. Thank you for being in that location for my business.

I highly recommend Go Store It Self Storage for anyone’s storage needs. The office staff are the most polite and professional young women I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Ashlee and her assistant have taken care of me and my storage needs since day one, including waiting on me to arrive just before their work day was supposed to be over. I had another storage unit at another facility where the employee there had sold me a regular lock instead of a cylinder lock. Since I had the wrong lock, my belongings were at risk. Ashlee not only sold me an additional cylinder lock, but she put it inside my unit for me so I could retrieve it after office hours and take it to the other facility to secure my belongings. Ashlee and staff are sweet angels who have provided top-quality assistance every time I have needed something. Anyone would have a hard time finding another facility with employees this helpful and sweet. I so appreciate the excellent customer service and top-notch storage space. If someone needs to store some stuff, then go store it at Go Store It Self Storage on Jefferson Pike in Murfreesboro.

All I know of this business is that the woman working last Tuesday, 3/7/23, was very polite, smiling, and opened the gate quickly while we were waiting to meet someone who has a unit there and a tub we purchased.
The property was clean.

The young lady at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable we rented 2 lockers and she called to inform us one was available next to our other one so she definitely pays attention to her customers needs to make storage easier thank you ashlee.

We have used this facility for over 10 years and have been very happy with the service. The office personnel are always helpful and very pleasant. The storage area is clean. The rates are reasonable. We never had an issue with bugs etc. There were a few spiders here and there but very few live ones.
I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
