7-Eleven

The older gentlemen on third shift who wears glasses has always went above and beyond to help me out. His customer service is exceptional and he always builds a report with his customers.

In all honesty I previously quit going due to another older gentlemen who was rude. It's been a few months since I came back and the man I seen tonight has always treated me fairly!!

In all seriousness, I would take into consideration about giving him a pay raise, bonus, or at least an appreciation party at work!

He makes coming to 7/11 feel like home again, you know the corner store by your house!! They always see you more then anyone!

Enough said, 7/11 has gained my respects and service back!!

Love this store! Clean, great coffee made from fresh ground coffee beans & the staff (Susan!) pleasant and helpful.

I went into this 7eleven tonight around 8pm to purchase gas, when I walked in, there were two workers who didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting. One worker didn’t even bother to look up, while the elderly woman with black hair looked as if she had an attitude. I had been waiting so long in an empty line that I was going to ask if either of them actually worked there. The elderly lady finally looked up and instead of asking me to walk to her other register, without saying absolutely anything, she points with her face frowned up, as if I was supposed to just follow her finger. The workers are super rude and have no knowledge of good customer service.

Not selling hot food at 7pm. Said they weren’t selling any hot food for the day.
