Goin' Postal Westhaven

I love this Goin' Postal so much! The staff that work at this location are THE MOST customer service oriented people----in all of Franklin. They remind me of how customer service used to be back in the 80's. Going into that location to purchase something or to mail something, I often leave wishing that all businesses operated as this Goin' Postal does. I am grateful that they are so close to my house but if they weren't, I'd still go out of my way to do my business there!! I can't recommend them enough!

I had a package that needed to be shipped to Italy - the staff were so very kind and helpful and patiently worked with me to complete the extensive paperwork.

I had such a great experience here! The ladies were so friendly and helpful. They definitely made a return customer out of me.

I had a return via USPS that the post office could not process, so I went Goin' postal (first time). I made a mistake and had to go back the next day, as the day before they were very busy but took care of me. Both days they were over the top accommodating. And yes everything worked out fine. On a scale of 1 to 10 i would give a 15 based upon this experience.
We will be back! & thank you again!

Susan and her team are fantastic!! These days with so much that requires both outgoing and incoming shipping, and mail, tracking, etc, it is great to have confidence that they have my back on ALL these issues! And it's also terrific that everyone there has a can-do attitude...helping people and caring! What more could anyone EVER ask?!

Goin' Postal in Westhaven does an excellent job of filling the void that exists in Westhaven, and even throws in smiles while serving us. They handle USPS and FedEx shipping along with other needs such as coping, faxing, etc.,etc.

Bottom line, I highly recommend this store for your postal needs, the owner is phenomenal! I am normally not someone to rate businesses but this is an exception. I spent close to 2 hours with the store owner this afternoon as I presented her with a very difficult postal problem of an item to be mailed to South America and then returned. She spent several hours on the phone with FedEx to come up with a workable solution for me, and I left happy. It certainly would have been easy to just send me on my way to figure it out on my own online, but she took the more difficult route of helping me until the job was finished. That is an owner who truly cares about her stores reputation and serving her customers! Well done, you won me over.

I've loved having a mailbox at Goin' Postal for over a three years now. Friendly staff, organized, and helpful. I've recently moved, and was concerned about losing mail from clients that didn't use my new address. Goin' Postal's staff still collects my relevant mail, and periodically ships it out to my new address on my behalf.

Highly recommend Going Postal in Westhaven ! The employees are so friendly and always try to find the best price for my shipping needs. The new owner (2019) has done a wonderful job with the store .

This place is the best! They went out of their way to help fix my mistake. I dropped off a package one evening and the next morning found out the shipping address I submitted was incorrect. I called the store and they quickly helped me update the address before the package shipped out. They also refunded me the difference because the updated address made for a lower shipping rate. I believe it was the owner herself helping me me out and she could not have been more kind or gracious despite all the extra work I created for the shop. Many thanks!

Amazing personal service! I dropped off a package yesterday to be delivered FedEx. That evening Susan, the owner, personally hand delivered my package back to my front door with a note because the FedEx Was unable to scan my prepaid label. Now that’s personal and friendly service! Amanda, Ken, Sheila and Robin are beyond professional, kind and thoughtful in helping every single person who walk through their door.
ANYTHING you need help with as far as mailing and shipping will be taken care of with great attention to detail.
It also makes a simple errand a whole lot of fun when you come across any of these smiling faces!
