Noah was great. I told him what I was looking for. He did my scan and explained everything to me. He brought out a couple pairs of shoes for me to try and listened to what I liked and didn’t like. I ended up going with a pair of Saucony’s and some inserts. It’s only been 2 days but my knees can feel the difference!

This was my first time in Fleet Feet and the staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was a little intimidated going in cause I’m relatively new to running, but the staff helping me was so nice and didn’t make me feel belittled like I thought I would be. Got to try on several shoes and he helped me understand what shoes would be best for running! The staff member wasn’t promoting the most expensive shoes which was also nice

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bianca was wonderful! She went through our foot scans and showed us all of our data. My husband and I were both in need of inserts (which we knew), but this was a great experience from start to finish!

I feel bad for not remembering his name. I came to the Murfreesboro location off N Thompson, explained what I was looking for, and received amazing hospitality! He recommended I try 3 different shoes, and I settled on the Asics Novablast 4. Would be nice to see a larger selection, but service trumps product for me most of the time. I highly recommend Fleet Feet for running advice, thank you!

Michael was awesome. So friendly and welcoming. He really took the time to listen to what was going on with my foot and took the time to really explain in detail my scans to where I understood them. He fit me with the perfect shoes and inserts. Hands down best experience.

This is an amazing place to go to if you are wanting a personalized shoe fitting! The place is very professional and they provide great care! 10/10 would go again. The shoes are reasonably priced and they cut the inserts for whatever shoe you feel the best in. The guy that i worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable about how the shoes work to help my feet while going about running or completing everyday tasks.

I’ve recently started back running and found myself in need of new running shoes. The store was conveniently located, the store was well stocked, and the service was excellent! I left with a perfect pair of running shoes and they have gained a customer for life! Highly recommend!

The team at Murfreesboro helped me find a great new pair of Hokas with custom fit insoles, and even helped get the slides (that were also on a great sale) I wanted from another store, with no notice. Went above and beyond get me set, very happy with my experience and my shoes.

They also spend time with you to help provide additional insight on the types of shoes and fit, including observing your walking in them. I’ve shopped FleetFeet all over the country and they provide a consistent quality experience regardless of store location.

Today was my first visit. I'm the kind of old school person who would just go to big box stores or the mall and just buy what I thought was for me. Today I was reborn! They measured my feet with a 3D imagery. This machine actually showed me what my true shoe size was. Turns out I've been buying the wrong size my entire adult life. Two young woman picked out shoes for me that would be my best fit.
Wow what a different it made in my step. I can't thank the young woman enough for all the help.... No more big box stores for me any more.

The store associates were extremely patient and thorough in helping me find the right shoes for my feet. They weren’t pushy or even dismissive towards me. I am a plus size woman who has gotten back into working out after having my children and I have been walking a lot more outside. Since I’ve reached some goals, I treated myself to good shoes with inserts. The staff didn’t treat me any differently than the runners and more fit looking people in the store. They were genuine with their care and detail in explaining my options regarding the Fit ID results. I appreciated the support and enthusiasm of the team members! BEST SHOE BUYING ADVENTURE YET!!! Son received custom orthotics and needed shoes to accomodate them. Salesperson was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sound recommendations, she actually advised a less expensive shoe than I was wanting to buy because it would be more durable! Fit I.D. analysis was tremendously helpful!!! I wish I had this available to me 35 years ago!!!

Really impressed by sales team knowledge and overall experience. The shoes I bought were more expensive than what I usually buy, but you get what you pay for.

Sales associate was knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. I told him my issues and he gave me several options to try. I bought a brand I had never heard of before, Diadora, and am very happy with them. The price was great as well.

Great place to shop for anyone who is athletic or on their feet a lot. They scan your foot to get a 3D image and find the brand of shoes that will best fit your feet. I'm on my feet all day, and they have been sore for a long time. I've had my new shoes less than a week, and I can already tell a huge difference.

I went to Fleet Feet yesterday to get a good pair of walking shoes.
Straight away, Diana started helping me.
She ran the scan to see exactly what shoes would be right for me and the size.
I tried on three different pair before deciding on the ones I purchased.
Within an hour, I decided I wanted a different color, so I went back to the store and exchanged them with absolutely no issues at all.
All of the staff are very kind, professional, and helpful people.
Fleet feet is the place to go!
