I came through on my way home, and the guy who helped me was SO kind. He was polite and helpful and has a sense of humor. He was also courteous. Stopping at a gas station so late, I expected the exact opposite but he was phenomenal. Thank you!

I come during the morning shift. Always friendly faces. I usually come for the coffee machine but here lately the milk has been running out and they take a while to replace it if you come in the afternoon and they have the cheapest gas in Murfreesboro currently !!! So that’s a plus

I bought 2 peices of pizza today, and the pizza was so salty I couldn't eat it! I wasted my money.

This store in Murfreesboro has become the worst I have ever encountered. For the past three years, I've been frequenting this store to pick up essentials for my kids' sports games, but the current state of the store is appalling. The food is left out all day, burnt, and the floors are sticky. The smell of urine hits you as soon as you walk in, and the bathrooms are filthy. When I spoke to the manager, she mentioned that there's nothing she can do about it, but it's clear that she's not making an effort to address these issues. The owner needs to take charge and make significant improvements before they lose a significant amount of business.

I recently got a apartment, and I got a pay near me slip and it said in company letterhead that 7-eleven is one of the places that do pay near me and it even gives a set of basic instructions and they said they don’t do that here when I know for a fact they do. There employees need to be informed more on there policy’s and what they do instead I got blamed for their incompetent disappointing

No receipt paper at gas pumps had to go inside. Bathroom was dirty. Ac does not work at this facility boxes all over the place like you’re in an obstacle course. Terrible location.

DO NOT GO HERE BATHROOMS ARE NASTY. NO SOAP NO WAY TO WASH YOU HANDS, NO WATER STINKS AND MADE ME SICK TO EVEN THINK ABOUT FOOD IN HERE LIKE HOW THEY GONNA WASH THEIR HANDS.

Wish I could give zero stars... They have the most unapproachable staff I have ever dealt with. One woman in particular has been especially rude every time I have visited this location. I simply asked why she needed to scan my ID since I have bought alcohol from this store with her as my clerk a minimum of twenty times without her scanning it. She responded, "Well, company policy. Get used to it." Then immediately said, "NEXT." Literally no effort whatsoever is put into common courtesy. Just go two miles down the road and avoid a horribly rude and awkward interaction.

Tried to go in. Was stopped because the attendant was taking a smoke break outside and she said “I just need it and I’m about to go off on someone.” Very hostile like I created the issue. one bad day doesn’t make or break a business, but the speedway across the street at least stays open.

This is a poorly managed store. Crew says that’s bc store manager on cruise, it’s been 3 weeks. Fountain Pepsi out over a week, Marlboro select short always out. Who’s ordering, they need to be trained. Maybe a DM should be in this store, it is horrendous. I don’t blame crew, I blame store manager, DM and corporate. Because you all do not care and the reviews show it.

The last 3 times that I have gotten gas there at different pumps, you have to go in to get a receipt. When I went in yesterday, I asked if they ever put receipt paper back in the pumps. The cashier I bothered on their phone said, "nah we don't do that anymore." I need a paper receipt, without having to go inside every time. Guess I will be going elsewhere.

No good service. No restroom service. I am spend 100$ gas but no restroom service

I advise no one to eat at this 7-11 I had gotta two beef Fajitas yesterday and today I went to the ER for food poisoning

The absolute worst 7-Eleven possible. Pumps are always broken, they never have anything in stock and it's been over a month since they've been able to take cash because they have no cash in the register! The place is always filthy and everything is sticky and the workers just sit behind the counters and do nothing. This is a poor excuse for a 7-Eleven. Whoever owns this location needs to sell it immediately because they are running it into the ground!
