Kroger

I absolutely love this store. I've been there everyday this week and even signed up for a membership to save money but I haven't saved anything yet. I love the variety that they offer and there salad bar is ALWAYS clean. Workers are always super friendly. Love the fresh flowers too!❤🥰

The staff here are really nice and helpful with assisting me with items that I could not find on the floor for my job they would check there back stock for me. No one is rude to me staff always assisting giving me good customer service from beginning lf walking into the store to the end of checking out.

Very convenient and close by, never disappointed. The Starbucks inside is very nice and they occasionally have the guy outside the Kroger grilling meat right on the grill!

This is a really good location. It's gotten a lot busier over the years, and yet the still have everything you need and you never have an issue with quality or overall cleanliness at the store.

Too big for me. Not your normal kroger for sure. Kept up and well stocked though

I visited the Kroger store on Veteran's Parkway this morning. The people working there were courteous, friendly and helpful. The cashier was efficient and nice, as well as the woman who was bagging the groceries. I was very happy with the customer service provided there. It made my day!

Very nice grocery store, I'm from North Carolina so I'm used to Harris teeter instead of Kroger, but I'm pretty sure that Kroger owns Harris teeter now, so they're very similar so I felt at home. They had a lot of variety and the prices weren't terrible. It was a more upscale grocery store, but that's what you expect from a Kroger I guess as far as Krogers go, I would say a really nice one. Definitely come here if you're looking for groceries or anything other than groceries.

They don't offer passport pictures. Google says they do.

Really appreciative of the young man who went out of way, while stacking the eggs, to get the eggs I needed cause they weren't stocked.

The same great Kroger's as always only alot bigger than normal. It has sit down food options and a Starbucks. It's almost Halloween at the time of this edit and I think Krogers is haunted because they have a sweeper that's driving around the store by itself. LOL

I have been to this store so many times, and it's always a great experience. I always find what I need if I don't I am adult enough to understand and know is out of their control when trucks with supplies are late. Also the employees are very friendly, but some people just have nasty attitudes, and expect the employees to just smile and be all sweet. People grow up and be more understanding the employees go through a lot on a daily basis don't be rude, employees are humans too.

I love this location. The staff is awesome and they always have a wonderful selection . When I pickup, Jayme is my absolute favorite. He's very professional and eager to please his customers.

I came to pick up groceries at the outside pick up . After I did, my car would not start. Two of your exceptional employees, I believe it was Maya and Sean, pushed my car into a safe location. Not only did they do that but they checked on me and offered to put frozen items on hold inside while I was waiting. AAA came right then, but these two didn't have to be out in the rain caring about me and my well being. What they did was well beyond their job description. Wonderful service and terrific employees.

The best Kroger in Rutherford County by far the stores, always so clean and has plenty in stock, unless it’s after the Sunday rush. I drive all the way from across town to shop at this Kroger.

Hands off to Ben in the red vest that was helping with self checkout tonight on 12/10. I know he doesn’t get paid near enough to deal with what I heard someone yell in his face tonight. I hope you see this bud and I hope you know you’re appreciated.

To all who have negative things to say about this store, that’s too bad. This is a very clean and organized place to shop and I am thankful it is on my way home. Their selection is great and employees are very nice. Especially the lady at the self serve checkout early in the morning!!

This is a rather cavernous feeling Kroger. They had everything my local Kroger does and was easy to navigate, I mean other than the million people there two days before Christmas, but that would be the same everywhere. The pet department was nice and had a good variety of dog toys. Employees were helpful and checkout was surprisingly fast.

I would just like to comment on Christine, one of your longtime employees. Christine has always been helpful and friendly whenever I have encountered her at the store.
