1st time in this store. I was very impressed with how nice the associates were (Kelli helped me) and the all-over appearance of the store.
I had a return from an online purchase, and it was quick and easy.

Had a couple of returns, and I had to get one exchange shipped to my home and bought 3 things. The clerk at the register was so efficient. Everyone was above and beyond nice. What a great experience. Thank you all!!

My wife loves this store and has to check each location out to see what they have that is different. Parking here can be a challenge since there are so many stores together. They seem to usually have a good selection of sale racks in the back as well as some super discounted racks. They have people at the dressing rooms helping people in and out. It was busy just prior to the holidays when we went but they were staffed up to handle it the day we were there

Went in with my wife the young lady working there was soo helpful. She went out of her way to find sizes in the back and was very cheerful she really seemed to care about our experience... Don't remember her name but receipt sales sales associate number 999. That kind of service is very hard to find in this world she should be recognized by her peers and I noticed she was the same with other customers in the store as well.

I stopped by Maurice's while spending the weekend in Murfreesboro recently. I was looking for jeans because I've recently gained weight due to new medications and nothing fits anymore. I didn't have high hopes but to my surprise, a lovely, young lady Dae (who is also a Buckeye from Ohio), helped me find jeans to fit nearly perfectly. She hand selected several pairs, assisted me in the fitting room and I found 4 pairs that I love. She was such a pleasure to work with!!! Friendly, kind and attentive and provided exceptional customer service, something so incredibly rare these days. Thank you Dae!! (hoped I spelled your name right) My only regret is that I wished I lived closer so I could visit Dae and this shop more often.

Although they did not have what we needed they directed us to another store. That is rare.

I've always had a great experience at this Maurices! The ladies working have always been helpful and friendly without being too pushy. I'm a big fan of their clothes. They're affordable, and they have great sales! They have a huge plus size line!

Love the girls at the murfreesboro. Avenue location they know me and my girls by name. I have ove 32 pair of their shoes and over 50 pair of their jeans. Always great quality, prices, sales ,and customer service.

I love to shop at Maurices. The staff is so friendly. They even greet me by my name when I walk in the door. Love their clothes!!

This Maurices location is always clean and has the friendliest employees. They always offer to order items for me if they're not in stock and make excellent apparel suggestions.

The ladies here were very sweet and helpful. I needed a necklace for my outfit, and they let me try on the whole outfit there and gave me their input and helped me find the perfect necklace.

With the labor shortage they can't give the personal shopper experience like they used to, but the available staff were very friendly and helpful.

On my first visit, the staff was very attentive and explained the sizing. It was a wonderful experience, definitely will return.

Ashley helped me find the perfect outfit! And she told me about an extra 15% discount! I love shopping here!
