Old Navy

You can’t go wrong with shopping at Old Navy in the Boro. The store is always clean, very well stocked and neat. You can definitely find clothes for the entire family. I love shopping here for my daughter, the clothes are very affordable.

It was busy but all moved very well. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had what we were looking for in stock.

It is a little cluttered from the last time I was there but besides that same good stuff for good prices.

My daughter's favorite place to shop. What we couldn’t find, we ordered. The dressing rooms are clean and monitored.

They have the cutest clothes for all ages. Hadn't been in so long. Must go back! Even had stuff for my size 3T grand daughter. Staff was busy but happy. That is so rare these days. Kudos to the management team for hiring and creating a great staff.

Belinda at old navy store @ Avenue in Murfreesboro was extremely helpful and courteous. I enjoyed shopping there and will definitely return . The store was clean and easy to find what I needed

Everything was a bit messy, but they didn't seem to have enough staff. I won't fault them for anything like this because I know how hard it's been for employees who have to work without the support they need. They did have a lot of good sales and clearance items. I'll definitely keep shopping at this location. I just hope they get back to being fully staffed. I can't imagine the stress they're under.

Wonderful experience at this location! Erin was so very helpful when I called ahead looking for a specific pair of pants. Not only did she look through the stock, she found what I needed and had it set aside for me when I got there. Very pleasant customer service and I will be recommending this location to my friends.

I had to return some clothes for my kid and the guys working were super helpful. I love their clearance sections and the sales they have on jeans. The bathrooms were fairly clean and checkout was quick and easy.

Great customer service, A Employee helped us fine the pants we were looking for and place order online for us and rang up a few of the things we had right off her hand held device. So glad we didn't have to wait in line to check out, it was wrapped around the store.

Old Navy at The Avenue is my favorite place to shop for clothes, period. The store is clean, well stocked, easy to shop, and just plain nice to visit!

employees were kind and helpful crazy busy store but still they had a smile on thier faces! lots of options but it takes a minute as everything is packed in for christmas so give yourself time to wander through the store to find all the great deals.

I had to go here to return some clothes and the customer service was great. Much friendlier than many stores I've been to.
