CVS

Everytime I go inside this location of CVS they are always pleasant and helpful. I rarely go in anymore since I am no longer on any prescription medication but for the previous 7 years they were my go to. Highly recommend them as a pharmacy and quick store handy options needed for the home.

Manager Rob was very kind and helpful with my purchase. He definitely need a good race asap. I had a few items with me and he was able to pull my info from Extracarecard in a second so quickly i was out of the store with a smile. Thank you so much to Rob and the wonderful work he does. I’m definitely happy that i stopped at this store.🥹

I am just so impressed by this establishment. I had a wonderful with Sky about baby wipes. She went and checked for me to assure me that they were not Gerber because Gerber left a horrible rash on my baby. The wipes from Gerber were dryer than Satans basement, and when I tested one out for my makeup removal, I was shocked at the feeling of sandpaper rubbing up on my face. So, anyways, Sky was just a doll and found me a perfect package of wipes that were nice and moist for my baby boy. Thank you Sky!

I do my UPS pickups there and I have gotten to see the staff here often. They are all very nice to work with and how can you not like "Allen"? He is always a really nice guy.

My shopping trip to the CVS New Salem location in Murfreesboro today was pleasant because of your employee Sylvier’s cheerful and helpful attitude, her knowledge and willingness to make the customer smile made my trip a good one!

The young lady who answered the phone was very polite. She also went above and beyond to answer my questions.

I love cvs but this store has a bad manager

I give the pharmacy a FIVE STAR!
but since this says to rate the store, I give it a two!
The store would get Five stars with the previous manager but the new manager is not customer oriented at all & her actions lost me as a customer of Many years. The two stars is just being generous btw. She represents the store and did a very sorry job of it. This has really upset me since I have been a customer a long time at this location. She hopefully will learn that having “power” comes with responsibility to her customers because without the customer, stores close.
