AT&T Store

Emily, Jace and Sam were the best!!! We had 3 lines to bring over from another provider and we had A LOT of questions. Fortunately for us, they had ALL the answers! These 3 experts made sure to help us with the right plan, phones and accessories. We loved how personalized our service was! We even have each other restaurant recommendations lol. They took an usually long and dauntingly slow process and made it fun! They were all very upfront with information, which really helps when dealing with phone companies. We will be doing all of our business with them! We highly recommend this store!! Courtney wasn’t there the first time but when we went to return our devices he was and was just as pleasant as his coworkers! Thanks y’all!!

Erica was an absolute pleasure to meet! She helped me upgrade 2 phones and even get a discount through my work! I loved the atmosphere of the store and how efficient she was with answering questions and getting us taken care of! She was even very patient considering we had 2 kids with us as well lol! Couldn’t have been more pleased with her or this location! Definitely will be back for all my phone needs in the future!

This store has helped us through activating upgrades and especially in the case of my son’s phone were super heroes solving a mystery of why it wouldn’t go live. Shout out to Emily and Erica for spending the time to figure it out! The other employees there have always been friendly and helpful as well.

Tanisha was fabulous to work with today. She was able to answer our questions, didn't try to upsell or scam us, and we had a wonderful experience with her. We hesitated to use this store because of mixed reviews, so I had previously gone to the Rutherford Blvd site, which was a NIGHTMARE. Highly recommend Tanisha and this location.

Had a great experience changing providers and getting new phones at this location. Tanisha was great to work with - professional, knowledgeable of the products, patient and showed great follow up to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend seeing her!

The staff at the AT&T on Memorial were a delight to work with. My husband and I both had new phones that were purchased online. We were having some issues and the staff had both of our issues fixed within 20-30 minutes. They were also fun to chat with while they were working on our phones. It was a more than pleasant experience, which says a lot as these things can often be frustrating. Thanks again to Erica and her boss at AT&T!

Visited this store a week ago Sunday to look at options for my girlfriend's phone. DQ and Tanisha were excellent and hooked us up with a new phone for her and a better plan than we had before. What's more I told them of our last experience at a different store in which staff sent us out the door without having completely setting up the new phone. They assured us that would not happen here. Came back when the phone arrived and DQ transferred everything from the old phone to the new one in under 30 minutes. Easily the easiest AT&T Store experience yet. Highly recommend this store.

This At&t has been the best experience I have ever had. I went to the corporate store on Thompson lane and the guy messed my account up completely. We had to call customer service to fix it and I had to wait 5 days for my case to be resolved. I now have a new iPad and IPhone 14 after working with this location. Emily and Sam helped me make sure I had what I needed.

Came in yesterday to get a new phone due to cracking my old phone's screen. Staff was very helpful and polite. I also had my 3 children with me and they were very nice to them and put cartoons on while I waited for them to transfer my data from my old phone. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic service and employees. Purchasing new phones is always horrendous. This experience was the easiest, smoothest process ever. Tanisha was our sales rep and I couldn’t have asked for a more personable,
knowledgeable, friendly person to have worked with.

Very knowledgeable employees work at the location. The store is in great shape. Employees are riendly and not pushy. I recommend going to that location especially if you live on north side of town.

Decided to get a phone bill in my name for once and get out from under my parents wing. I was super nervous about it and I was more so scared to go into a retail store and get taken advantage of. I was looking at the reviews for different AT&T stores and one name kept popping up. Julian, so I went in, and did not regret it. Julian was THE best. He had awesome side talk conversation while waiting for credit to process etc. he was honest and def helped me save some money. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of he was very helpful and didn't rush me and my 1 million and 1 questions. But I do hate that someone like him that loves his job so much and provides such excellent customer service is not appreciated for his work ethic by his district manager. When we was side-talk chatting he informed me he is looking for other places to work at due to lack of pay. That is just so crazy to me reading all the comments and reviews with just his name in it. I really hope someone or his superiors see's this and helps him out. This NOT a way to treat the good hard-working people ESPECIALLY in these times!!!

Had to get my sim card switched over. The representative Country assisted me. Have to say they were so very polite, quick with assisting me, and very attentive ! Thanks for your help Courtney , highly recommend them if you need fast and accurate service 🙂

The young man who helped me was named Jace and he was outstanding. Always ask for Jace when you come to this store. He was kind, calm and extremely knowledgeable. I was dreading going for this visit but it turned out to be a great experience.

I went into this location on Sunday, November 27th around 1pm. Jace was the only employee. There were 3 customers ahead of me, and he effortlessly yet attentively offered excellent customer service to each one of the elders. He worked diligently with me and the Customer Care support Rep to get the service I needed. The only negative is the condescending tone the CSR haf with Jace, and I did speak up on his behalf. Overall Jace was handling the store like a CHAMP!

Stephenie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with me - greeting me as I walked in the store. She is smart and worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed.

Deshawn was great! Positive attitude and super helpful/knowledgeable. He’s got jokes too :p I had tried to trade a phone in at this location previously and was told I couldn’t. I think it was just a misunderstanding but still almost cost me $700.

Previous time I was in, Amber was also helpful and a great attitude!

We enjoyed working with Michael! He knew exactly what we needed and was so kind to help us with our account change. We were so confused and he answered all our questions clearly and took care of everything for us.

Today I decided to switch phone providers and (I feel like I’m about to butcher his name because I can’t find his business card 😭 ) His name starts with a J, he has tattoos, and his hair waves were carved by Poseidon himself.

Hands down the best phone store customer service I ever had. We bonded over the food network and created idea for shows on Netflix. Everything was super easy and with the quickness. Give this man all the raises.

Transferred over from Verizon. Better prices and better rates for military. There was only one person working this store when we came in and helped 4 people at once. His name was Kerrec and was very helpful with my transfer over to AT&T. He clearly went above and beyond his normal job.
