Stopping by during the holiday rush for just a simple gift card, I was pleased with how friendly and exceptionally helpful staff were during my brief visit. While not being a regular visitor to the store, the service provided to me made clear why there are others whom I know who regularly shop there. With several other customers present, it was clear to me how service was all-around good at making sure they were helped.

Great assistance in choosing, right sizes, very friendly . Just wish dresses and skirts would come below knee for us older women. No one wants to see old knees.

I shop almost exclusively at Talbots because they have amazing selection and quality. I was very disappointed to be traveling and stop at the Talbots in Murfreesboro, TN and discover they do not have any women’s selections. Extremely disappointed in my favorite store!
