SEPHORA at Kohl's

I’ve been to this Sephora location 3 times in the past month due to issues I was having with finding the correct concealer. First time was a purchase with associate Angel and she was helpful with what I needed. But the last two times with Lena was so amazing. Lena was kind and patient and really great at helping me even tho both times involved a return/exchange she wasn’t bothered in the slightest and got me exactly what I needed. It is a small store and so they may not carry everything you need/want but they will try their best to help you get there.

I never shop at Sephora often, but I’m in the area visiting and wanted to see if they had the Sephora Summer Favorites in stock since it’s gone viral. I also don’t have a Kohls + Sephora where I live, so I wanted to take advantage of being near one. I understand not all stores will be pushing them out before the release date but I figured, why not just find out?

My boyfriend and I get to the Sephora and there was no associate in sight. We wait about 10 mins until I go to the kohls cashier and ask if she can send someone to the Sephora desk to see if there was an item in stock. The nice lady I spoke with up front calls the Sephora associate and assured me she will be there shortly. Another 15 mins passed by and there was still no associate even walking in the direction of Sephora. My boyfriend had to call the store from inside just to get someone to attend us (It was not busy and they opened 15 mins prior). Finally, the Sephora associate arrives after waiting for 25 minutes, and I kindly asked her if they had the item I’m looking for in stock. Before I could even finish my question, she rudely cut me off and said “They don’t come out until the 13th, we don’t have them”. I don’t mind if they didn’t have the item in stock, but at least be respectful and kind to customers. Probably one of the worst Sephora experiences I’ve ever encountered and I won’t return to this store if I’m in the area.

Service is non-existent at this location. And check out takes about 40 minutes.
