Robby was really helpful finding the right size shoe for me! They were out of my size so I did not buy anything, but he helped me think through other options including ordering online and having them shipped. Great experience!

Melina is amazing! Went to get my super picky PITA son some shoes. He has a wide foot and has such a difficult time shopping, which always includes a major attitude. She had a great personality and after a few of her recommendations we were able to find a pair of shoes!!! This will be my first stop from now on.

So helpful! Was able to purchase the shoes I wanted and ordering the size that wasn't in stock to be delivered was easy as well!

Shout out the store manager Melina !! She was so helpful and sweet, sadly there was an unpleasant woman in the store loudly complaining at her while she was extremely busy :(( Again, she was so helpful. Thank you Journeys ! We’ll be coming back.

The short lady helps me with my purchase every time, and she's always providing great customer service.

The sandals I chose didn't fit well, took them back to the store and they returned for refund no hassle customer service was excellent definitely will shop again at that store. Recommend anyone to shop there. Management and sales professionals are very 👍 good.

We showed up 5 minutes before they closed and they still let us in and helped us out they were so nice. I really love this store and all the shoes and merch they have to offer. 10\10 would recommend.

Great selection, I feel like better stocked than the stones river mall location. Staff was quick, courtious and knowledgeable. Will be my first stop before the mall in future, from now on.
