Not a lot of people, easy to navigate. Needed a cart and a nice employee went and got one for me! ❤

Walmart had great service and during the storm I was able to bring my truck in front of Walmart so I can get in and not be affected by the storm and the staff was great thanks Walmart

I screwed up my order..... 100% my bad. I was going through substitutions and chose the wrong thing. I ended up allowing 12 packs of 12 dinner rolls per pack when I meant to simply choose another brand of 24pk rolls. I had $87.00 worth of dinner rolls 🤦‍♀. Anyhow........

I contact an associate (Julianne A) and explained what I did and she got it fixed for me before my mistake became costly!! Thank you!

Very crowded at 4:00pm. Staff was in process of restocking. Shelves were sparse with drink products. Other shelves were fairy well stocked. Checkout was slow at staffed limes. Self checkout was fairly easy. Associate was helpful in finding products. In and out fairly quickly considering time of day on Friday afternoon.

Convenient and well stocked. Great prices, especially for gas! When we can't make it out to Costco, this is our go-to for groceries and gas.

The pharmacy staff are the best people I have ever met. I had to hold off for 10 days for my medication due to the price. Still had to overdraft my account to afford it, at least that's what I thought. These women spent 30 minutes to get the price down to $50...they didn't even know I was hurting on cash till I started to cry when they said " we got it down $50 for you instead of $132 and we didn't have to give you a generic." You ladies are my hero. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Best walmart pickup! So fast and super nice… which is true for all the staff here, Cy and Melissa, especially. This is a well run walmart and I would only shop here if I could.

It's great for a quick trip. Not much checkout staff so you need to use self checkout. Think of it more like a convince store with full grocery offerings.

I love this Walmart! I get pickup orders here every other day and the pickup crew is always so nice and careful with my groceries. They’re extremely fast too! Y’all should be proud because it seems like you have a great team of people.

From what I saw you can do all your shopping here. The grocery aisles were clean organized and well stocked. The cashier was friendly and very helpful. Her station was clean and the belt was liquid free. In the baby department it was hard to find the right prices for some of the diapers bc they were out of place. Overall I enjoyed being here. Not a place to let children run free.

Had a covid test scheduled. Pharmacy was very polite professional and made the process quick and easy. I definitely recommend going to this pharmacy or test vaccines or anything else. Grocery inside is fresh

I absolutely despise going to the grocery store. However, with the Walmart grocery app I can add items throughout the week (as I think of them) just like your typical "grocery list". Once I have everything I need in my cart, it's as simple as finalizing my purchase, schedule my pickup date and time and pay. Done! It's truly that quick, simple and efficient. Pick up is just as quick and efficient and I'm typically loaded up and on my way in minutes!

Just picked up my grocery order from Walmart on Fortress. I was going to leave a review via the link sent in my email, but it did not load. Other than that, I was very happy with my experience. Tyler was very friendly, efficient and a pleasure to chat with. My order was complete and correct, which is important during the upcoming holiday season. Happy Christmas!

I had a wonderful experience doing the new shop and pick up at the store. Wendy gathered all my things for me on this order and I confirmed that everything was there once I got home, nothing was missing. When she brought my things out she was more than pleasant. She then loaded my items into my car, and advised me they are not allowed to accept tips! Walmart that is terrible and you need to correct it for the employee who gathers the groceries and delivers them to the car; this is a service provided to an individual and should be recognized as such to allow tipping of the employee. I will definitely use this order and pick up service again! Thank you!

I love Walmart pick up. The people working are always super nice. They work hard to make sure you get your order done right and quick. This service has been invaluable at a time we are living in.

Pickup service is great. They always seem to have everything that I need in stock at this Walmart, they even have the more obscure items that I don’t expect them to have. Employees are nice too and bring out groceries fast.

Service is exceptional at Fortress Walmart! I order online and have it picked up. The men and women who pick my groceries and deliver to my car are always so kind and they go above and beyond to help me. Offer coffee or water just about every time. And ask about my puppy. I usually have the dog with me. They remember and really enjoy actually getting to know each customer. Thanks!!!! Makes my day better.

We used the gas station. Cashiers are a 5 star for sure, except for this tall Walmart guy came in talking rude and being short with the employees in front of the customers! Completely unprofessional!!! No one should talk to their employees like this! If you have a problem with your employees, you should take them in the backroom or office! He needs his boss to embarrass him in front of the world and show him how it feels! This guy was completely out of line! 😤😠

Very convenient to stop by for a quick grocery trip. This is not a super Walmart, but for food, I am very pleased with this establishment. The service is always friendly and there is a gas station on site with a small store for quick drinks/food on the go. Love it!

First... The pharmacy is excellent! Friendly and efficient!
Second... They had "Seattle's Best" coffee... which our Smyrna Walmart no longer stocks for some reason.
