Orvis

I'd almost forgotten what terrific customer service was like; that is, until I visited Orvis today. I was mostly window shopping, looking at jackets, but had a couple of questions. The Orvis staff member, Erin, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. She answered all my questions and had a couple of good suggestions. Even when it became clear I was not ready to buy just yet, she remained just as attentive and courteous as before. I was very impressed.

Very amicable staff, they have cold beverages to enjoy while you shop and there is a full-service fly shop! Could downtown Wilmette ask for a better addition?

Great sportsman store
They always have some cool stuff for dogs, shooting , fishing and more.

Excellent friendly customer service, quality clothing, and great addition to Wilmette downtown! Will be back for sure!
