I found good prices on merchandises. I was overcharged for an item. I went in the store the next week with my ticket and the packaging the cashier quickly took care of the mistake.

We try to stop in Ross in any larger town we're visiting. This is one of the nicer locations I've shopped (lucky for me since it's local). There's typically a good selection of products and they keep the store clean. There's also good merchandise turnover, so that helps keep newer things making it out to the floor. However, there are rarely multiples of items, so if you find something you like, you should get it and think about it later or it won't be available the next time you come in. They have a decent return policy, so if you decide you don't like your purchase, you can return it (within 30days and with tags of course).

Nice place good store slim selection right now, (back to school time.) But they usually have a wide variety of sizes and ideas. I'm sure people going back to school after a long while has a lot to do with the slim pickings. Nice Customer Service. Fairly quick check-out

It’s a nice clothing store

Lots of options at great prices. What more can you ask for?
Furniture is pretty expensive. Probably don't try and get that here, instead to to American Thrift store.
But if you need anything else for your home this is the place to come

I appreciate the customer service that I received the staff was friendly and helpful. Even the overhead announcers closing wasn't rude or stressful BUT polite & welcomed us to return when stores opens again. Surprisingly the young woman who ran the register was PATIENT even I forgot to tell her about my Senior's Discount status BUT just replied oh that's an "easy fix"!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR HIRING PEOPLE LIKE THIS staff!!!😉👍👌

For the seasoned bargain sniffer outer, Ross Dress for Less is one of the best places in Huntsville to frequent. Over the years we've found some amazing clothes and home decor items here. One particular dress my daughter bought here over a decade ago we all still remember fondly as her "Audrey Hepburn dress." This particular store is clean and well organized, the staff very helpful and kind.

My daughter bought 5 pants 5 tops 2 shorts and a set of bras for $150. You can't beat that
