Today was my second time dealing with Chris when it came to my prints and he's an awesome guy and posesses excellent customer service and efficient!! I will certainly be returning. I wish the County Line Rd store had a few Chris's over there but in the meantime, I'll continue to travel a little further for the great customer service! Go CHRIS!!

Kris was very helpful in assisting me with the correct size and paper to use when I had some Christmas posters printed to decorate my home. I knew what I wanted and I did my best to convey it to him, and he understood it and executed my project flawlessly and effortlessly. Thank you so much Kris!! I’ll be having you print some more here very soon!

This is our go-to place for shipping, notary services, faxes and Amazon returns. They are fast, efficient and great to work with. Staff is always friendly, even when they are slammed busy.

Was looking for business cards. The guy who helped was super nice and had them ready for pickup in a timely manner. Would use again.

I've had to bring Amazon returns to this location several times. Each time, the employees scan and give me a receipt without even needing to ask. Very quick process with no issues at all. They also have a fax machine and you can rent a mailbox here if you need those services. They also sell cards and different size mailing packages.

A big thanks to Kris for helping us with several last minute prints. Great and timely customer service!

I've been visiting this location for years. I wanted to take a moment to give this location a 5 star rating for customer service during this holiday season. I was in there several times mailing packages and witnessed several irate customers who frankly were just being impatient and rude to the staff. Marcy and her staff remained calm and professional and expedited their packages and services in a timely manner. They were experiencing high volume during this time and remained 100% professional, even though I witnessed a customer that was anything but calm or professional. Good job UPS Store.

The manager, Marcy, and her team are so helpful and efficient!!! Tonight Marcy reassured my nerves with shipping a large dollar item to a customer off EBay. She was so detailed with making sure the items were properly packaged and safeguarded. I will definitely use this location again! Outstanding service!!

The manager and staff are always courteous and helpful and have a smile ready for you. They were very flexible about me being able to pick up some lingering mail beyond my PO box cancellation date also, which was very much appreciated. Great experience overall.

I came in flustered...I had printed out the wrong packing slip, my boxes were too big for my items, my youngest child was going crazy....I felt like I was being a horrible customer. The ladies up front made me feel anything but a bad customer. They showed me how to send them the correct info to print off, fixed my boxes for me, and had a play area for the kids. I will bring all of my shipping needs to this store from now on. They were so friendly and helpful. And for a stressed out mom, this is exactly what I needed. Thank you!!

Excellent staff, they can ship anything from candy to furniture and even vehicle engines. They do it with a smile. I have also been able to take care of other things there as well. Printing, packaging and even have my packages held there safely when out of town.

Needed Cogent Scan fingerprinting completed. I called ahead to make sure I could get it done and was told "yes". I arrived and Laurie/Lori took care of me. She was professional, confident, and knowledgeable. Scanning prints isn't as easy as you might think. I relaxed and let her do her thing and I was in and out quickly. Come here for your fingerprints. They know what they're doing!

I have a mail box here and it is so convenient, 24/7 access and they receive my packages so I don't have worry. When I visit during regular business hours I always receive a friendly greeting and prompt service. Great group of people. Thanks

I am surprised there are negative reviews for this location. The people who work at this UPS store are all professional and friendly. I’ve been using their services for almost nine months now.

I really liked this UPS. They have everything you could possibly need for shipping. You can always leave your items there and they will carefully pack and ship everything. Located in a great spot if you need to do some errands too.
