Very special thanks to Gina and Dallas, I didn't know what I was doing, getting something for my wife. Dallas really helped me zero in on a scent earlier but all that would have been wasted if Gina hadn't helped me at the last minute!

Very busy on Black Friday. Employees were doing a good job of assisting customers and trying to keep the products stocked.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Helped me find everything I needed. Thank you for everything. I will be back

Love this BBW store! They have friendly staff, a super organized store, and lots of inventory when sales are going on. I enjoy shopping at this location and there is adequate parking when they are busy. Awesome store! Highly recommend!

Everyone was nice and cheerful! I think some workers may have found me weird because I likened the smell of the graphite lotion to pencils, but I don't mind, I know I'm weird and it was probably weird that I excitedly told the lady, "this smells like pencils!"

I love Bath & Body Works and will always shop from them. They just brought back my favorite scent, Sweet Whiskey, and I love it. I get coupons sent to me in the mail as well as deals on the app so I am always saving money. I give Bath & Body to my female friends, co-workers and family and it's always their favorite.

I shopped at this location a few weeks ago for the first time and was impressed! I wasn't hounded, but yet I wasn't ignored either. The store was spiffy, the guy who helped me out on the floor was super nice and knowledgeable. And best of all... no Bridgestreet traffic!

Very friendly staff. Went above and beyond to find the scent I wanted in wallflowers even though they did not have it on the floor. The sales associate with certain they had it and she looked in other places in the store and found it for me. Very impressed!

Loved getting the hand soaps for less then $3 a bottle!!! Great price!!! Hope to see it for that price again real soon!!! They had a great choice of scents!!!

I love this store so much it’s one of the prettiest store in Huntsville! I love the staff they are super friendly I just can’t anything wrong about them!
