The Vitamin Shoppe

I live in North Alabama, but I was looking for a specific pre workout my local Vitamin shoppe didn’t have. I decided to come to the Vitamin Shoppe in Franklin TN, and Jody got me hooked up, and helped me apply some savings! I will definitely be back!

Vitamin Shoppe is a trusty source for, well, vitamins and other supplements. Their stores including this one stay well stocked. Very rare for me not to find what I came in for. The staff people here are consistently helpful when you need them to be. Also in the store there’s a clearance shelf — great for deals or trying out something new. Finally they take contactless payment (like Apple or Google) which is a nice touch.

We went to the vitamin shoppe and Agustine was such a tremendous help! He was so knowledgeable about the questions we had and even provided extra support on things we didn’t know we needed! This man needs a raise! If you have any questions, he’s the man to ask.

Well stocked store with a big variety of brand name products. Typically have buy one and get one half off mix and match sales very often, plus I earned a 20% off day of my choice I used this visit and earned a $15 certificate for my next visit. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The last time I ordered for pickup at this location, I received an email that my order was ready within 15 minutes. I went to pick it up the next morning, I saw it on the counter, and the lady I worked with was friendly and helpful. I just placed another order for pickup that I plan on picking up tomorrow morning. I placed the order, went to my kitchen to get a glass of water, and when I came back, I had already received the email that my order is ready for pickup!

Deb is an absolute delight. She was so extremely knowledgeable and helpful because I don't know very much. I hung on every word she said. I believe her. She helped me find what I needed and I said, "you do know that you could get me to buy half the store" her reply was "But I'd have to look at myself when I got home and I can't do that" Just commendable and I will only buy from here from now on, cause I need people like Deb helping me. The staff here were super helpful and patient. My uncle needed a lot of supplements to try and help with his new diagnosis of diabetes and they were more than helpful when explaining the sugar content of different protein bars and other things. Very knowledgeable, and what they didn't know we found out together.

Phillip is a rare gem of a asset , highly knowledgeable very informative , i will be back to see him again soon

I love this place!! My favorite place to purchase my ginger candies, deodorant. L-Glutamine, rosewater, essential oil and oxygen tablets all at a Great price and I occasionally earn $10 off!

Had a preworkout that I forgot to return after 2 months... Associate took it back with a smile on his face and gave me samples for a pre-workout that will suit me better. Extremely professional and will be bringing my business here for everything vitamins and supplements!

Great service, people always friendly and never pushy. If you have a question they are always willing to do their best to answer it for you and they are honest with you. They will tell you if they have tried a supplement or if people they know have tried it. Been a loyal customer for years.

They offer buy online and oick up in store that was quick. They have good hours and ecent prices. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I like this store so much better than gnc! If you need help, they have the answer. They don't try to up sell you every chance they get.
