Very clean and well organized. Most DGs are dirty train wrecks with unhelpful staff. H
This one is newer, but I think the combination of respectful customers and hard-working staff make this an outstanding location. Keep it up.

It had what you can expect at every dollar store across the nation... Spunk. Process? Lovely. Prices? Low. Princesses? Divine. Seriously why do beautiful women flock in absolute droves to this merchant of wholesale bargains at retail prices? Looking for Mr. Right, I choose to assume.

Clean, very nice staff, good stocking of inventory. The women behind the counter are very sweet and helped me find some items I had a hard time finding on my own. Better then the Murabella staff and inventory.

When they first opened I was like this is my place for the rest of time. But, now their inventory is low and it’s starting to look like all the other Dollar General locations. I hope they get it cleaned up again because it was immaculate.

The cashier didn't seem like he liked his job.

Don't get me wrong, convenient location and very clean store however as a POC who not only lives in the area of WGV but also owns several properties, the women at this location need to go through racial bias training. I have stopped at this store twice and both times were followed/watched throughout the store. Yes, if you arent familiar with the layout of any store, you may walk around several times to find what you are looking for. I once had to ask the worker if she was lost because she kept following me. As a resident of this pleasant community, this is unacceptable. Should I find myself in absolute need of stopping here again and encountering the same issue, I will contact corporate and no longer patronize.

The short round lady the was running the register was extremely rude to the nice older lady in front of us. And she was mean mugging every person in there

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! BRANDY IS DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!

It’s a shame when the employees treat you 100x better than the managers. I asked a simple questions and was greeted and treated with respect by the wonderful Marsha! When Marsha passed the phone
To the manager at the time she was very short and rude. She said “ you keep going on and on” when I was simply telling her my issue. If the employees are treating you better than the managers, then Marsha should switch positions with Brandy since she knows how to deal with customers
100x better. I’ve asked brandy multiple times to have her GM call me back and either the GM is refusing to respond or she hasn’t relayed the message.

They are a horrible representation of dollar general. Just because it is a cheap store you don’t have to have a CHEAP ATTITUDE! It’s situations like these that they loose loyal customers!

I went in with my friend to look at the decorations for my new place and me and my friend was talking as to what to possibly get for my apartment and one of the workers went up to us. She told us "you need to get whatever you need and go to the checkout lane". Mind you, we went around 6 o'clock and they close way later on. We weren't even disrupting anyone, possibly talking a little loud (but not screaming out towards each other) and just fooling around in a corner. It instantly ruined my mood. On top of that, this all happened in less than 10 minutes. I will never go to this store again, especially since this was my first time going in there and will be going to the Murabella one, which is literally 5 minutes away from each other.

It doesn't appear that anyone works here. So are we supposed to leave cash on the counter like the 1900s Mid West or what? 4 people left their carts.

Staff sitting outside after 8am drinking coffee and playing on cellphone with a sign on the door “Closed” because they have to much freight on the floor and couldn’t get it picked up…
