While shopping at Belk the day beforeThanksgiving, I dropped my wallet in the rest room. I called after the holiday and they said they had my wallet. It was returned to me and they refused any reward. Very nice staff.

The saleswoman doing checkouts downstairs was really nice, she even apologized for my wait time to pay for my items. This store has a ton of great deals, you just have to look in the right spots. I'm happy with their "customer satisfaction" professionals.

It was great. Customer service was nice. Please shop here more before Amazon runs them out of business. Be patient.

Yes I came down to belks and was purchasing some items and didn’t know anything bout the sales that was going on and this beautiful lady name Donna took her time and help me and I tell you it was the best experience I den had. Thanks a lot Donna 🥰🥰🫶🏾

I loved my visit to Belk! They have great name brand clothing for a great price! They also have a separate Clarence area in a separate store right outside of Belk. Go check it out and find some nice sales on some name brand merchandise. I got my daughter a Tommy Hilfiger comforter for a little over 20 dollars.

Friendly staff, get the app. It saves more money than the credit card.

I bought some face wash and other items. The lady was busy assisting another person so it took a minute to get to me. She did an awesome job. She acknowledged I was there, told me she would be with me in a moment, and got to me as soon as she could. She was really knowledgeable about the products and helped me by answering my questions and suggested different products. 10 out of 10 I'd go back and recommend to anyone.

Belk is a nice store to shop at. It's neat and tidy. The employees are nice and helpful. There's always new clothes coming in. There's also a lot of clothes that go on the clearance racks. Sometimes you find some good stuff. I would recommend coming here. Not too crowded.

Great deals. Clearance prices. Bout 2 shirts and wife got some stuff. In checkout Annabelle was so polite and helpful. Nice young lady. Thank for great pricing and great service.

Always have loved Belk, have found many bargains there in great-looking clothes throughout the years. I am short (though widening in recent years) and I love it that I can find petite sizes there-- especially important for pants!

My recent curbside order was misplaced, so I was unable to pick it up from the store, but the associates were very attentive to me, the situation. Ultimately, the store manager had the item mailed directly to my house, and I received it in two days! Excellent customer service!

I was needing a new suit a had a employee who went out of her way to help me. It was a very nice suit and priced way lower than other stores. So I walked out with a new suit and happy with my experience with Belks.

So happy that the cashier reminded me that I was entitled to a free bra, since they were on sale. Still disappointed that they have not offered bra sizing, since reopening after covid.

When Belk took over Parisians, I never thought it would make it. Parisians was the go-to place for nice clothes. But Belk has proved itself to carry a good line of quality clothes at a great price. Very wide selection for men. David is great to work with and does his best to give you all the deals available.

Weent for Jellypop shoes, got 2 pair! Needed long blouses for work, got 3! All was on sale! This is a good time to get your closet up dated and upgraded!

I went here and needed some stuff for my husband and also had to order some stuff because they didnt have his size in the store and Ronnissa was very helpful. She knows her stuff she is polite and has the best customer service I have ever experienced in Belk. She also can put colors together like no other and she takes her time with you. So if you need anything in Belk ask for Ronnissa she works in the men's department.

I has a return to make. All of the ladies were very helpful, courteous, and friendly.

Speaking as a former employee of this particular Belk, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this store as well as the company. The staff are friendly. The store always looks great. Great product. Great sales. I could literally go on for days. When I want to shop with Belk, this is the store I always go to!
