I was there yesterday afternoon on Sunday June 16, 2024 for Father’s Day. It wasn’t too crowded at all, however I was standing in men fragrance section waiting for someone to help me purchase my husband’s perfume. Long story short, one kind and wise woman came to help me. She was very polite and knew how to manage customer service. Her name was Monicare. She has the ability to communicate and demonstrate how customers should be treated.

A very nice lady helped me with my return today at customer service. It was at 5:41 pm. Just before helping me, she was verbally attacked by a customer who definitely had behavioral and aggressive issues. Im so sorry that she had to go through this and that no security was there to help. I really hope the store realizes the value of their employees and what they have to go through daily. I really hope she gets compensated accordingly and acknowledged for her work. More security is needed on premises, that man should have been arrested.

Really a great selection of products, well organized through all departments, making the shopping experience appealing. Prices are average and promotions and specials makes way to find exceptional values for you money. Associates are helpful and willing always to help you. Checkout was easy and fast.

Yesterday I went shopping at the intimate department of Macys and it was the best experience for me in a long time of going to department stores.
I was taken care by a sales lady, her name is Martha at Intimate and she knows the merchandise, she went with me and helped me until I found what I needed. Excellent sales and nice person.!!!!

The store is well maintained and organized. I initially came here because a family member had an unused gift card and I bought myself a jersey in 2019. This past February I had a friends wedding to go to. The sales associate was very helpful. She measured me and helped me find a suit that fit me and was on sale. I highly recommend this store.

Good place to shop ! I love the 1st floor @Macy’s Woman. Plenty of make-up and skincare variety, many brands of cosmetics to choose from and great deals!

Nicest Macy's I've ever been to. They had a whole store just for women and the men's dept was in a totally different section. I used to not like Macy's, but this one at Sawgrass Mills is beautiful.

I was at Macy’s a day before Thanksgiving and I was lost with a big box of sweaters that I had to return and, I wasn’t sure where to return it because there’s apparently two Macy’s in the mall , one for man and home and the other for woman etc, I didn’t know which one I was at. While I was roaming around, Gilda found me and asked how she could help, I explained to her I was lost and had to return some sweaters. She told me she would help me and directed me to the register. She’s such a sweet person and I appreciate her help, she worked efficiently and the return process was easy, she even kept the empty box to dispose of it for me. Thanks again for my experience easy and effortless.

If I could give 1000 stars, I would, I swear. 3-4 weeks ago(May 30) I was in this Macys store because I was looking for a clearance product. The thing is that I live in Orlando and the only way to find out if they had that product was to call the store, a young girl named Ani from the Toys/Children department helped me, that girl is worth her weight in gold, she was very attentive, patient and She helped me with everything I asked and beyond, all of this for the sole purpose of making sure I didn't waste the trip to Miami looking for these products. Other macys stores should learn a thing or two about Ani and her way of helping customers,
patience and empathy, that was the key that day. Big shoutout to Mrs. Keisha too for helping me during the whole process, she was magnificent and very communicative that day. I hope to go again soon.

Here at Macy's at the LA MER counter.. Amazing product.. Silvina was excellent, she demonstrated why this product is so great on our skin.. she has so much patient and very professional.

Shanell at Macy's in the cosmetics department at Aventura Mall was an amazingly friendly and professional person. She assisted my daughter and I by selecting the correct shade and type of foundation for our face. Not only did she choose the beautiful color, she also gave me a mini makeover with stunning eye shadows. Her fun-loving personality and patience made it a joy to shop at Macy’s. If you are needing cosmetics, we highly recommend that you pop in and see her.

A huge mall that sells everything and even cars (Tesla). A large selection of different stores and with different prices, everyone will find what he is looking for. You can always have a bite to eat in the food area - the choice of cooked food is quite large.

Just bought my bed and frame from here and I love it! The service was great and they delivered it on time. No complaints 😊👍
