I want to express my very high regard for the associate that helped me at the Bruce B Downs Rx He went out of his way to rectify a bad situation. I believe he was the pharmacist in charge. Extremely nice person

Got my prescriptions in timely manner at reasonable prices.

had 2 prescription to fill\n -1891582--finasteride 5mg--called pharmacy to prepare it and a lady told me price increased from $6.50 to $37-bc she blamed insurance will not cover it anymore? called insurance and complain -they called CVS and said not true bc the CVS increased the price 6x over for profits-called pharmacy to ask for discount or coupon-they had none to offer-went to Costco and they filled same prescription for $11.50 w/ geniusRX , same price online w/Spring meds and other walmart/ Win dixie around same prices. They even filled 120 pills instead 90 at my request\-----second prescription 138991 Atorvastatin-had 2 filling left -CVS refused to fill both of them since I was going out of country for 6 month-asked me to call insurance for waiver? bogus reason for laziness-I will never use this pharmacy for me or my family-informed Aetna insurance of their abuse and aske them to avoid doing business with them\nAlso items on the food section refrigerator milk had no prices on the shelfs-sell close to expired milk and drinks-casher said he is not responsible

Worst cvs pharmacy in new tampa.. they do not care about there customers.. Manager and staff is of no help....

Reached at 8:55 in the pickup queue and at pickup window at 9 and they won’t give prescription medicine.
