The service, team and experience from working with County Appliance was amazing!!! The scheduling team was flexible and considerate and patient with me finding a time that worked to complete the job. When a emergency came up, they patiently and professionally understood and collaborated with myself, other customers and the repairman to Help me out. I am so appreciative of the preparedness of their services and value because they went above and beyond to do the job while also saving me money! Thank You! 10/10 ! Highly recommend! Great service and have been using them for 20 years. Courteous and trust worthy and able to repair older appliances. They even were able to fix my daughters gas oven from 1968!

Our dryer developed a terrible squeal and the drum was slipping. I called County Appliance and they came out the next day, diagnosed amd repaired it on the spot. The tech was respectful, courteous and professional. I'll definitely use them the next time I have an issue.

Great experience with County Appliance. The technician, Isaac, was not just professional and polite, he was honest. He let me know that repairing my washing machine was not an economical option, even though he could have charged for the work. He gave us a lot of advice about what to look for in a replacement, and even diagnosed issues we’ve been having with our storm door and electricity as a courtesy. All around great service.

Brandon was very personable and customer focused. He was on time. Fixed my dryer, explained what he did and made a suggestion about the vent. It was a good experience all around! Thanks!

Wonderful family owned and operated local business. My mom used them for years and recommended them to my husband and I. Isaac was courteous, knowledgeable and very experienced with repairing and maintaining home appliances. Scheduling was a breeze, they even called and offered a sooner appointment due to a cancellation. Isaac took the time to offer advice over the phone regarding our refrigerator and possible troubleshooting prior to the appointment, which he did not have to do, and that set the tone for a great customer service experience. He arrived promptly despite it snowing heavily that day. He was very clean and respected our house. He was friendly and family oriented. Normally my 3 year old daughter is shy around strangers but she really liked Isaac, in fact she said she loved the repairman, lol. Unfortunately our fridge was beyond repair and we appreciated the honest, straightforward manner in which Isaac explained that to us. He also looked at our wall oven which is original to the house from 1968. He knew alot about that appliance despite the company going out of business years ago. It had been having trouble staying lit while baking and he made some adjustments and it is now working better than when we moved in. He also offered to give us a newer wall oven that he has at the shop, at no charge, stating he would just be happy if it could be put to good use. Service charge was completely worth the 89.00. I would highly recommend this fantastic, honest local company and we will definitely use them again.

Dryer was spinning, but there was no heat. Referred to County Appliance by my sister. I had an excellent experience. Got a text AND a phone call when the technician (Isaac) was in route. He was professional, courteous, and thorough as he explained the nature of the repair. Diagnosed the problem very quickly, and replaced the faulty part in no time. He also offered advice/tips on how to make things run more efficient, and how to clean/maintain the appliance in the future. Will definitely refer and use again if need be. Very happy with the entire experience.

Service Technicians Ben & Brandon were awesome.
They ran diagnostics to pinpoint the problem; identified the part that needed to be replaced in our GE Front Load Washer. Had it running normal again in a snap.
I used it today & worked very well.
I will call County Appliance Service before replacing an appliance in the future.
They also do dryer vent cleaning!

My washer wouldn’t spin or drain. I called the Monday morning before Thanksgiving and was given an appointment for December 4. I took it but was told they would call if they had cancellations. I was called Wednesday afternoon. The repairmen could come in about 15 minutes. He was there, on time, very friendly, very professional and finished in about 20 minutes. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Our washer stopped draining, and it began to smell very badly in the basement! Thankfully I came across the County Appliance website and gave them a call, and an appointment was scheduled within two days. Isaac was an extremely helpful and friendly technician, who took time to explain to me what the problem was and promptly fixed it. He also cleaned the whole washer! I give County Appliance Service my highest recommendation, and we will be going with them whenever an appliance need arises!

Well I can say I have had a few appliances stop working over the years, but I have never had the professional service that I had like I did with County Appliance and Isaac & Ben. These two are very conscientious & there perseverance is like nothing I have ever seen. Isaac explained everything to me and Ben & him repaired the part that went bad. However, the next day my dryer would not dry the clothes again. I contacted County Appliance & spoke to Isaac's wife again who is so awesome & I can tell has the same work ethic as Isaac. They had a full book but stopped what they were doing and returned to my house in between there scheduled service calls and noticed the same part failed again, which Isaac said he has only seen happen once or twice. The part was replaced at no cost & the dryer has been like new since.
In addition, Isaac pointed out to me how much lint had to be vacuumed from the dryer & the vent pipe, and the risk of fire that this can cause. Isaac cleaned the internal unit very thoroughly and the vent pipes and showed me how to keep these areas clean, or to call them & they also do vent cleaning. I am giving them 6 STARS. The technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He did the work in a very timely fashion and overall did a great job. I highly recommend. Unfortunately I forgot his name, not great with names.

Ben was congenial, informative and explained everything to my full understanding of options for repair vs. replacement, and necessary owner maintenance in the meantime. Excellent service.
