I came in looking for a dress last minute, and the staff was so incredibly helpful. The woman that helped me, I believe her name was Ann, she understood exactly what I was looking for and picked out several choices for me. In the end, I got a beautiful dress on sale. Love it!

I came to leave my review about my order that I never received and see that this has been a problem for them in the past based on prior reviews. I have sent messages through email and social media and they have refused to respond to any of my messages or comments & I never received my order.

Update to this: they never responded to me whatsoever. I was forced to dispute the transaction as they never responded to me nor refunded my money. They then posted the set for sale on their website. Do not order from them, this is clearly a problem for them that they will take people’s money, not fulfill the order or respond.

Super disappointed after purchasing a pair of sandals from them online over 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive any notification of shipment. Have contacted their customer service email and have had 0 response. Feels like I’ve been scammed or they just have really bad customer service response and shipping time.
