Always have a great experience. Took my car in, because it was making am awful noise and was quickly told exactly what the problem was an how much it would be to fix it. Very honest and reliable.

Second time buying tires from here and very satisfied with the staff and the products. Prices are competitive and the quality is excellent.

Horrible customer service and way over priced

Horrible wait for 1 tire i sat there for 2.5 hours, when i asked about it they acted like they were about to pull me in....i told them give me my tire back and took it up the road to Matlock and was in and out in 15 mins and 20 dollars cheaper. I will never go back.

Avoid this place. Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at approximately 9:30. Knowing that it is normally busy on Saturday's, my wife and I went to Sweetwater to have breakfast. Came back and noticed that my car had not been moved so I went shopping in the co-op. At about a quarter to twelve went back to the service bays and asked how much longer it was going to be. Was told that I was next in line. My wife and I went to Hobby Lobby and shopped. Came back at one. Car still hadn't been worked on. I asked for my keys and asked why my car hadn't been worked on. The countet person informed me it was because a time in hadn't been written on the paperwork that he filled out. Apparently if the morons that work there make a mistake you won't be served. I recomment you take your business elsewhere.
