We have purchased from this store 3 times and have had excellent experiences everytime. My most recent purchase was perfect. I came in, he showed me everything they had to offer, gave me space to browse, then promptly loaded my purchase into my car when asked. I couldn't have asked for better service. Our last purchase was a sectional couch that is still in excellent condition 3 years later.

I bought a living room set @ the Salem store early this year , being a large guy 260 lbs. i got a heavy duty couch . Three months later the couch bedan to sag and was getting worse every day . I called to tell the owner my problem , he said that,s an easy fix we will pick it up in two days and have it for two days then return it . Four days later my couch was back the springs reinforced and looking new agian . never did he mention any kind of fee or charge , he and his staff were all nice as could be . You don,t find that type of friendly service much these days . I was and am very glad i bought there and will buy there again .

We have shopped all the furniture stores in Boardman each time we have needed new furniture with no luck. Every single time, we ended up at McKinney’s in Salem and found EXACTLY what we wanted. Dave has helped us all three times we have made purchases. We are extremely satisfied and it is a great way to support LOCAL business!
